Sheraton is getting old… a renovation would be highly appreciated . Also stuff don’t speak a single English word… which for international hotel chain is an embarrassment

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

This Sheraton has convenient parking and fast check-in. The receptionist Cathy gave a detailed introduction. The room is comfortable and clean. The price is not expensive. It is the first choice for staying. I am satisfied.

They also gave me throat lozenges, because they were afraid that I would "scream" too loudly at the concert! ?
