The service of this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The staff was sullen and arrogant the whole time, as if someone owed him money, and it's a chain hotel. I dare not sit on it. I dared to use it several times after pouring hot water on it. There is still garbage in the trash can, which should have been thrown by the previous guest.
