從上海專門來看電影，提前打電話問過設施，沒問題才敢預訂，但是投影儀卻是壞的，修了一次還是壞，後來沒辦法換房，老闆晚上十二點跑來親自維修，換了一個終於好了。《孟買酒店》這部電影讓我們看到了恐怖主義的殘酷與無情，以及政府在應對危機時的無力。影片沒有刻意渲染，卻讓觀眾深刻感受到恐怖襲擊給人們帶來的傷痛。它提醒着我們，和平來之不易，需要我們共同珍惜與維護。

衞生方面非常好，毛巾被單被套枕頭都很整潔，其他用品也是。房間設施齊全，淋浴間有晾衣繩，衣架準備的也很充足，房間也敞亮。 服務態度非常好，早餐豐富
