I booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in.
Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms.
Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation.
Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

入住體驗非常糟糕，預訂的時候訂單備註了要安靜房間！給了臨街房，怕家中吵鬧特意出來訂了個鐘點房網上考試，因為房間臨街，特別吵！根本沒法做題！體驗感極差！極差！再也不去了！

入住酒店首先在前台説要無煙的房間，入住以後枕頭上有一股濃濃的煙味，早上吃早餐在粥裏吃了一根頭髮，然後我就告訴服務員，退房時前台説阿姨是長髮，他説粥裏的頭髮是短髮，質疑我，然後我脱掉帽子告訴他我的是白髮，我讓他去調餐廳監控，無語！然後他告我，我們已經向老闆説了情況老闆説免房費一半，我沒有理會。後面一張圖片是我的頭髮🧑🏻🎤
