Hotel is located at center of city, closed to subway. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel offers their own great breakfast and has many variety to be selected. I had a good time there

The hotel is a rather old one but still fairly well maintained. Location is convenient and within walking distance to many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
Breakfast spread is decent.

The staff were extremely professional, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located very close to major food and beverage establishments. Deliveries are brought to the rooms in an AI operated robot which was really innovative. The breakfast was absolutely sensational and definitely a highlight during the trip.
The F&B staff were extremely courteous, friendly and caring as they interacted with all guests to ensure they were having an optimal dining experience.
We look forward to our next visit to the hotel, definitely recommend the hotel as it is simply brilliant!

This is the 2nd Hilton Hampton we stayed within a week. The previous Hampton in Yangzhou is way better than this one. It is a disappointment to be honest. Glad that we only stayed one night. Everything looks old and outdated. Strange for a hotel of just a few years old. The airco in the hallway doesn’t work which is really warm and fluffy. Breakfast is less good and the restaurant has very small windows. Our room has no view whatsoever and the windows are dirty. The bed is smaller as well.

Check in was fast.the room wasn’t what I expected but it did it’s job.breakfast was awesome. The amenities was bad as you need to ask when you needed things. Also I came with my baby and they had no baby tub or anything for babies I had to was my child in hand basin which was awe full.the elevator card was bad took a few times before it actually clicked and you can choose the floor you on. Laundry room needs a upgrade no system. I had my clothes removed twice while still in the dryer and it wasn’t even dried yet. Over all wasn’t a pleasurable experience
