房東人不錯，態度一直很客氣。由於她們去長春看車展，這兩天委託朋友幫忙收拾一下房間衞生。忘了放紙巾，聯繫後很快就溝通補上了。房屋地理位置優越，樓下停車方便，離中央大街和早市都不遠，步行可達。離黑河有名的俄餐廳非常近，還有早餐店粥鋪也很近。總之，住起來也很方便，黑河是個不錯的地方，晚上比較涼快，推薦大家入住。

很不錯的一家民宿，房間寬敞整潔乾淨、配置齊全、房東熱情、交通方便，我家2個小朋友很喜歡。雖然房間是步梯6樓，但是房東大叔會幫忙拿大件的行李，需要額外增加棉被等日常用品也及時增補。在黑河玩的特別開心，缺不了舒適的住宿。

第一次來到黑河，這個民宿除了樓層稍微高點沒缺點，房東打掃得非常乾淨，三件房間床品和寢具也都睡得非常舒服。樓下好像是燒烤一條街，吃飯旅遊也很方便。總之滿足了我對民宿的要求，要是有一大家人來旅遊 ～在黑河住幾天，推薦。
