I came here based on the good reviews, but upon arrival, I realized they were all fake. Previous reviews praising the good service and the rich breakfast were all fake. Not only was there very little to eat at breakfast, but the cleanliness was terrible and there was a rag smell. When booking, it said laundry was available, and while it was, there was no detergent. Facilities: Smells of decorating. Hygiene: Smells of sour rags. The breakfast area was infested with flies. Environment: Shares the same lobby with the massage and foot massage center. Service: No service."

"The hotel is brand new, the room is clean, and the pillows are comfortable! The towels aren't snow-white, they're grayish, and there were some stains on the towel under your feet. There's water in the room; we booked for two, and tea and coffee are provided with one sachet each. Toiletries are for two. The toilet button doesn't work. The room itself is decorated in the same style, with logos everywhere, but there are no outlets for Russian tourists or adapters. Almost all hotels have a simple charging port for your phone (I'm sure you'll get one for yourself, too; it's very convenient)! The breakfast was delicious, I really enjoyed it! The location is close to a pedestrian street, so it's convenient that a taxi can come! The receptionists were friendly; they called us a taxi in the morning and showed us the way! Everything about the hotel is fine, except for some minor issues (towels, no outlet for a phone). I highly recommend it!"

"Very bad. The room was extremely small, completely different from the size described on the platform. It was a double room, but there was only one set of disposable toiletries. The bathroom light was broken, the ceiling was leaking, and water was dripping from the chandelier onto the bed. Water was also dripping from the table onto the wall. When I turned over in bed, I saw a cockroach crawling into the radiator. In the morning, someone suddenly opened the door, which startled me. Can guests just open their room doors like that? 😮 I can tolerate individual problems, but all of them combined are just unbearable."

There were a lot of Russians staying at the hotel, even more than locals, and it was clean and hygienic."

"The room was tidy and the view was beautiful. I would definitely stay in a river-view room again next time. It's also very convenient for getting around, close to both the morning and night markets, and you can take a bus directly downstairs to other places. The waterway border crossing is within walking distance, and you can even see a foreign band performing without leaving your room. You can see the architecture and scenery on the opposite bank from your room; sitting on the bed makes you feel like you're living on the water."
