Ulyana AleksandrovaI really liked the hotel!!!!!! The staff speaks Chinese and Russian, which is very convenient for Russian tourists. The room was very clean, and the bed linen was clean. The room had a shower and toilet. 🚿. Also, the location is great, very close to the bus and train stations. And there are plenty of small grocery stores nearby. The hostel was also quiet and clean

## Amenities:
The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel.
## Cleanliness:
The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering.
## Ambiance:
I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet.
## Service:
Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*.
▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online.
▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*.
▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!)
● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

Guest UserMy friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time.

Found this hotel in TRIPE, having seen reviews, photos and locations, decided to stop here. Nice surprised the room. Very clean, neat, with snowy beds. Nice, polite staff. I wish that a transfer to the bus station and waiting station is organized. Let these facilities not far, but with bags it is difficult to get to. From big pluses - there is a transfer from the airport! Another wish: I wish there were cafes with a kitchen adapted for Russians next to it. General estimate for hotel 10 out of 10!

Guest UserDue to our uncertain itinerary, we did not book a room online. After arriving at the hotel, we went to the front desk to consult. Xin Xu and Zhao Ran on duty on the afternoon of July 26 received a warm reception. They found a quiet room and took me to see the room. They set it for two days. They also gave breakfast. Sure enough, it is the best hotel in Nenjiang. The first moment you enter the door, you feel goodwill and professionalism.

I have been based in Shanghai for a very long time now, only leaving during the covid years. I love 'my city', (as kitsch as this may sound), but want to explore the north of China, too. My welcome in Heihe was excellent with the driver I found to take me to the hotel doubling as a warm, humorous, and helpful guide. Price wise, it was convenient and easy to reach the hotel for a very fair fare of 100RMB,(about 20 AUD).The experience was further enhanced when I arrived and the two young women who were working at the front desk helping me change rooms to one with a view of the magnificent frozen river/border. The hotel itself is immaculate and has an 'old world charm'. Breakfast is served in splendour but you may want to ascertain which days the the buffet is available. It is wonderful to return to the hotel's warmth after a long day of photography in the snow. Highly recommended.

The river view room means facing the river but you cannot see the river. It is a little misleading.
Staff can speak russian but they don’t speak English.
The location is great. Close to shops and they have a restaurant at the ground floor. I don’t like how the staff are smoking in the lobby/reception but maybe that’s a cultural thing I don’t understand.
The rooms are good value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel is located near the waterfront, a short taxi ride from the ferry terminal and the city's main pedestrian and shopping street. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered, but generally well-maintained. The restaurant on the 19th floor offers panoramic views of the city, and tables are located on a rotating axial structure that allows you to admire the city from all angles. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay in Heihe.

Guest UserThe Wudalianchi Scenic Area is vast and free to enter, but individual attractions require tickets. The hotel is centrally located within the scenic area, making it convenient to access all the smaller attractions. The front desk staff were very welcoming, providing a map and introducing the attractions and recommended routes. The hotel restaurant was large, and the owner, a hardworking and hospitable woman from Northeast China, hosted two dinners. We sampled Northeastern specialties: Acanthopanax senticosus, chicken stew with mushrooms, braised crucian carp, and steamed golden pomfret. The food was quite good, arguably among the best in the Wudalianchi Scenic Area. The hotel's first-floor supermarket was well-stocked with many local specialties and daily necessities, which was very helpful for tourists. However, the saleswoman's business acumen needed improvement; she didn't know the answers to many questions, but she was honest and straightforward, admitting what she didn't know and not trying to deceive customers.

Guest UserStayed two nights in June. Wudalian Chi Scenic Area struggling with the closure of the best sights. This hotel is central, quiet, clean and great value. A Chinese breakfast is included. There are no top end hotels in the area. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal, turn right. Downstairs there are two mini supermarkets. Turn right and then first right for a street with restaurants; unfortunately i didn't note the one we went to but it was by far the busiest. Cross the road from the hotel, turn left and right down a small road just before a small creek; all the way down the end is the new site of the tofu restaurant mentioned in LP
