I booked three room types and stayed in the family room. The location is very good. There is the morning market downstairs. You can't hear any sound at all when you stay on the other side. It's very quiet. It's quite close to the Russian Commodity Street, about five or six minutes' drive. 15 minutes walk from the city center. Getting to the parking space late requires testing your driving skills. There is a spot at the front entrance of the hotel, but there is a morning market every morning. The car cannot move and needs to park on the side. The service attitude at the front desk is quite nice. I would like to highlight the restaurant on the first floor. It is large in quantity, cheap and delicious! Wall crack recommended!

Advantages: The location is excellent, next to the food street, the hotel is 500 meters away from the west entrance of Wenbo, and there is a forest path at the door leading to Wenbo and Shengshui Square. It seems to be the best hotel (or one of them) in the scenic spot. The hot water is okay, although the amount of water is not large, it is enough. The soundproofing of the room is okay. There is ample parking space.
Disadvantages: There are many tour groups received, the breakfast is poor, there are many people and few varieties, only boiled eggs and red sausage and fried zucchini can barely be regarded as meat dishes. The tableware felt unclean and greasy to the touch. It is recommended to prepare breakfast by yourself.

Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

DDicky OngSmall hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.

The Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall in Russia is just a dozen meters away. Advantages: Elevator and restaurant are convenient, clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good. Disadvantages: You need to close the windows when you sleep, and there is a little noise from the cars passing downstairs.

The administrator speaks Russian very well - this was a big plus. The hotel is in a very good location, in the very center of shopping, where all the stores were. But if you are going to relax from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is not for you. And of course, I would like the personal hygiene items (toothpaste, shampoo, gel) to be of a slightly better quality. And I didn't like the shower cabin, it simply wasn't there, it would have been much better with a partition. But basically everything was not bad.

SShuihuokerongI stayed for two days during the National Day holiday. The heating in the room was on and it was very warm. The bedding was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable, neither soft nor hard. Southerners always feel dry when they go to the north. The front desk service was very good. I was given a room when I arrived in the morning. The room service staff were very polite and greeted everyone they met. It is very close to the gate of the North and South Spring. If you walk there, there is a hot water bottle in the room. You can go to the scenic spot in advance to get mineral water to drink. It can be stored for several hours. It was my first time here and I didn’t know the use of this kettle. I found out later when I saw many Russian customers in the hotel returning from the scenic spot with water bottles and after visiting the scenic spot. There are too many Russians in the hotel.
