賓館房間乾淨整潔、床具舒適；停車場車位挺多，就是臟亂差；賓館周圍步行不太遠就有早市，步行就到黑龍江邊了

來辦事情特意、定了一個房間
設施：還可以、雖然開業有幾年了、但是整體保持的還是不錯的
衞生：蠻不錯的、中規中矩、比一般的要好很多
環境：空間夠大、整體是比較合自己心意的
服務：還是很不錯的、辦理入住都很迅速
PS：整體要比自己預期設想的要好、離辦事地點也很近、方便多了

做生意不容易，我一般是感覺好的就點評，不好的就不點評。這次真忍不住了。洗臉盆比高速服務區的還臟，我自己用濕巾紙粘着牙膏擦洗後才用。淋浴的熱水正常，但台盆的熱水小的像線條。

房間按照普通賓館的標準還是不錯的，空調、淋浴都很好用。前台服務態度也不錯的，很熱情，同時也給我們推薦了一個蠻不錯的飯店吃飯。賓館後面有一個超大的停車場，但好像是和一個飯店共用的，我們下午六點多到的時候裏面停滿了車，我們把車停到了賓館正門口。晚上八點多回到賓館的時候裏面空出了一堆車位，隨便停車。位置距離黑龍江邊也不算太遠，打算去江邊看日出或者日落的話這裏也是個不錯的選擇

酒店的位置還可以，周邊方便停車，車位充足。設施也還不錯，衞生條件也不錯，環境還可以，服務員很有禮貌，比較滿意。

除了位置偏點，其他都很好，酒店環境，有電梯，停車方便，房間整潔，反正出去可以開車，車可以停到廣場附近，走路去哪都很近，城市不大。順路下去早上有個集市每天，可以逛下。或者文化街的集市

房間衞生太差，吹風機上面都是灰塵，床上被子打開裏面有用過的紙巾，一看床單被罩沒換，衞生間噴頭也漏水，價格還挺貴
