Hotel services doesn’t match the rating.
1. The reception staff was not properly trained, not helpful and not customer friendly.
2. Hotel did not accept Visa card for the deposit. Only accept UnionPay or WeChat. Staff wrongly charged the card and had to refund, caused a long check in process for the guests.
3. The hotel reception staff including the Manager should know details of the prices and facilities offered by the ski operators and not just asking the guests to find out by themselves. We were asked to call the equipment rental offices ourselves to get the prices.
4. The room was not properly cleaned. Carpet was not vacuumed and we had to ask for the housekeeping to vacuum it in the evening as the vacuum cleaner was not an available when we checked in the room.
5. The toilet sink tap was loose and we had to ask the maintenance to get it fixed when we checked in the room.
6. Room service was not available as the kitchen was busy at 8pm. No notice was given to guests about this.
7. The toiletries were not fully replenished and an opened toothbrush packet left by previous guests was not replaced.

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, they extended our checkout to 2 pm, and the skiing was amazing. The room was nice and clean albeit a small problem with the toilet. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great holiday experience. First, there was the butler's ski preparation service, and then there was a special surprise service for the Lantern Festival. Every staff member was very nice. In addition, the hotel is inside the ski resort. You can change skis and walk into the ski resort on the next floor. During the stay, the front desk staff Cui Yan, Li Yan, and Sun Yuxin had a good and thoughtful service attitude. The ski resort is very close to the hotel. I had a lot of fun. The hotel is clean and hygienic with complete facilities.
