I was worried about the inconvenience of the surrounding area when I was looking at hotels, but it turns out there's a restaurant with private rooms on-site, and we had Sichuan hot pot! And what's more! There was even a separate laundry and dryer area, so I could dry my clothes that hadn't dried properly! It's super close to the scenic area! Excellent value for money!"

"First and foremost, a 5-star review is a must for the warm and kind owner! I needed it for work but forgot my mouse, and thankfully the owner immediately helped me out – I was so happy! As for the room, this hotel is newly opened, and the room was very bright and clean, with excellent soundproofing! The owner even provided disposable towels and bath towels – so thoughtful! The room had air conditioning, and even more importantly, an electric blanket – incredibly convenient for those visiting Heishui in winter. Opening the window revealed a view of the mountains, and the room was bathed in sunlight – so comfortable! In short, I highly recommend everyone visit Heishui and give our enthusiastic owner a shout-out! The value for money is extremely high!"

"I highly recommend this hotel. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking; I can't imagine how beautiful it would be in autumn. I would definitely come back if I had the chance. The butler, Xiao Chang, provided excellent service, and every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The young man at the door who greeted us with our luggage was also very polite. We had a very satisfying hot pot dinner. Both families were very happy. Suggestion: The room heating could be a bit stronger in winter. Although it wasn't cold while sleeping, the living room was a bit chilly when moving around."

"This place is incredibly old, like it hasn't been maintained in ages. When we went upstairs, the entire floor had no electricity, which made it feel very desolate. Most of the room facilities are severely outdated and poorly maintained. In one of our rooms, the light couldn't even be turned off. While the staff were all very polite, they were also very rigid. They only allowed two bottles of water per room, which is a far cry from most hotels nowadays that offer unlimited supplies. The only good thing I found was that the bathroom had strong, hot water, so showering was quite nice!"

"The first stop in western Sichuan is very close to the nearby Dagu Glacier. The environment is very good, the room is large, the air conditioning is not very powerful, but there is an electric blanket. The altitude is not very high, you can sleep well. The breakfast is very unique, and there is a bonfire show in the evening. I especially recommend the restaurant. The beef pancakes are super delicious, and there is also mutton soup."

"1. Poor hygiene: There was a puddle of water in the toilet, eyelashes left by the previous guest in the sink, and a bunch of hair in the drain. 2. Poor service: Arriving at the front desk at midnight, there was no one to assist. I left my room card there, and the next morning I was told the room was really dirty. Since it was too late and no one was at the front desk, and the sign said the room was full, I didn't ask for a change. The front desk staff showed no remorse, just laughing and saying, "This cleaning lady always does this; I'll talk to her." 3. Poor facilities: The sign says it opened in 2024, but everything looks like it's been renovated. The ceiling lights were broken, the toilet leaked, and even the bag for the hairdryer was empty. Around 6 AM, there was a loud noise coming from upstairs. 4. Bad location: The building is near a tunnel and next to a river; the river's flow is incredibly loud, and you have to take a huge detour to get to places to eat in the county. Even though it's the off-season, it's still over 200 yuan, which is really not worth the price. I decisively changed to another place tonight!"

It's a one-stop solution for both food and lodging. The owner is also very honest and kind. I highly recommend it to tourists."

The owner’s mother grows many vegetables herself, and you can pick them and eat them now! Very comfortable."

The room was clean and odor-free, with complete toiletries and plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable stay. The owners are a very kind and simple family, providing attentive and thoughtful service. They patiently guided me through the routes and sightseeing, which was incredibly heartwarming. The guesthouse's specialty ******* cuisine is delicious and authentic, with genuine flavors and generous portions. In my leisure time, I strolled through the streets and alleys of the ******* village, enjoying the stunning highland scenery, which was incredibly relaxing. Whether it's a couple's trip, a family trip, or a group of friends, this is an excellent choice for accommodation. The environment, service, and hygiene are all impeccable. A truly five-star recommendation!"
