Nice hotel with pools and buffet. There are a lot of vegetarian options and even some vegan ones (I recommend telling the hotel staff in advance if you are vegan). The staff is friendly and highly values the comfort of their guests. Today we scheduled a massage at the spa centre inside our hotel. Zhana did a great job as massage therapist. Highly recommended.

This hotel is beautiful. We are returning guests and will definitely be coming again. Everywhere is spotless, the staff can’t do enough for you and the food is really good. Manos makes the best cocktails and is so welcoming. We had lovely massages from Dimitris and Roman. We went for the candle massage and it was heavenly. One of the best massages we have ever had. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room: Double Room with Private Pool - Room 1103 The room was very clean and spacious, the cleaners cleaned everyday without fail. The fridge, we were all inclusive, we had 1 small bottle of prosecco, 1 can of beer, 1 can of coke and diet coke and 1 bottle of water which was replenished each day. To get more water, we had to go to the main restaurant to ask at the bar for it. When asked why the room only had 1 small bottle we were told there is a water tax, hence only one bottle. Private Pool If you have a health condition do not get in, it is like an iceberg, far too cold to stay in for longer than 10mins. If we had known it was going to be that cold, we would not have booked that sort of room. There should also have been guidance given regarding how cold it was. When we arrived it was raining and windy, so some twigs had blown into the pool. They were still there 7 days later by the time we left, so, it had not been cleaned. Pool Bar We would like to mention both Manos and Nikos, they made our holiday. The most polite and friendly people you could ever meet. They went out of their way to know everyone's names, what you were drinking and what room you were in, so they didn't have to keep asking. Not once did we have to wait for any drink, even to the point that as soon as our glasses were empty, we were brought another one without having to ask for one. I will say this, Manos was left all day on his own one day managing the bar, making drinks, taking them out to everyone on the sunbeds, our hero. The hotel should be proud of employees like him and should do everything they can to ensure they do not lose him, give him some assistance. Piano Bar Was not open for the first couple of days, which was confusing because the main restaurant and menu states breakfast is served in there, but a lovely chill out area. Main Restaurant All I can say is, complete chaos. We have stayed in quite a few 5* hotels, whereby you are greeted at the door, asked where you would like to sit and your drink orders are taken. Not here, at breakfast you have to order it yourself at the bar as you walk in. They do have a water urn for hot water, but it was never working. The coffee from the drinks machines always warmish. The toaster, even after putting the toast through multiple times, it was still white, just a warm piece of bread. More trained employees needed. Early Riser Breakfast Well what can I say, it was worse than premier inn. Bread, no working toaster, no working hot water urn and the coffee machine not switched on obviously. Marmalade, jam, cheese and ham and that is your lot. So I ended up calling my husband padding bear in the end :) Seriously, I could have coped if there had been a hot coffee or tea and some Danish pastries. Warning The labelling of foods is a hit and miss, Hash Browns label, turned out to actually be broccoli, I was slightly worried after day two, having an allergy, so I stuck to all the plain foods. Poor show really, training needed.

Amazing hotel, 1000% recommend. Currently still here and wow what a beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing, spacious, clean, great facilities and beds are very comfy. All the staff here are lovely and so accommodating. One of our bathroom doors managed to lock itself so we couldn’t open it, the maintenance staff came out within 10 minutes which was brilliant. All the facilities are lovely, great pool, really nice spa managed by a lovely lady, comfy sunbeds. Food was lovely, always plenty to choose from. Drinks are really nice and good quality. It’s so relaxing here. My only complaint, if I was being really fussy is that there isn’t enough umbrellas around the pool area - but I wonder if this is because it’s not yet full season. Great location. Would highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely be back.

The hotel is very well maintained with excellent staff and facilities with a more relaxing atmosphere. The spa does a great job making you feel relaxed with professional staff, Sveta did a great job with a neck, back and shoulder massage was so relaxed just wanted to sleep afterwards.

Our very first TUI resort holiday and travelling with our older children to this adults only resort there were high expectations. We need not have worried. From the moment we arrived (late night) we were warmly welcomed by Nikos (a true gentleman, who keeps the hotel running with a quiet but consistent approach) and lovely Nia, checked in with care, fed from a lovey little buffet open especially for the late arrivals. The rooms (one double with balcony, one twin with balcony) were a good size, and the beds were so comfortable. Being half board contained a small fridge which we were able to store water and a few drinks purchased from the shop next door. There were slippers, dressing gowns, shower and beach towels. The rooms had a kettle, iron and ironing board and shower gel / shampoo, tea and coffee sachets were replenished every day by a lovely cleaner who kept our room spotless. A TUI welcome meeting with Clare was great, and she was a constant source of information / support during our stay. We did two trips, Spinalonga and Knossos, both were organised by TUI and we're worth doing as part of a guided tour. The TUI entertainment team really made our holiday, daily aqua aerobics with Javi (who seems to have endless amounts of energy and we never saw him not smiling!) Alva who took us on our first walk of the local area which was great to get our bearings. Stone painting with Eva, and all coordinated by "Bonkers Bingo Beth". The activities were low key enough during the day so not to upset the quiet calm balance, but complemented the musical and dance entertainment evenings put on by the hotel, providing ****** night, silent disco, open air movies etc. The only thing I would have liked to experience is maybe some traditional greek music / dancing, just to complete the experience, maybe on the Greek food night? The pool is deep (1.5m) so at 5'4" I could just tiptoe. There were plenty of sunbeds, and only once did we see two towels and two books put out before 9am to 'reserve' two loungers under a parasol whose owners didn't appear for the rest of the day meaning nobody could use them. Being adults only most were swimming / floating or stood by the side. Only once was there some shouting over a ball game that did change the pool atmosphere, but that stopped the next day so I wonder whether something was said. Our only negative was a T-shirt and a pair of Adidas sliders that went missing from the poolside - checked every day for a week but told they were unlikely to turn up which my daughter was upset about. The beach directly ahead was clear but rocky, 10 minutes to the left was a huge sandy beach, a little harbour just outside and to the left, and to the right a selection of beaches, mostly associated with other hotels, but sunbeds could be hired or you could sit on the sand. Also to this side was the watersports where we did Parasailing. The food, well we couldn't fault it, it was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner every night for 2

We have had the most amazing experience being here! From the moment we arrived the staff have been the best I have seen in any hotels we have stayed in round the world! The 3 lads who have worked the bar in the evenings we have made great friends with and I can not thank them for there hospitality enough! The food is amazing, plenty of choice! The room..we have a private pool double room which is lovely, I would of preferred a better view but it is what it is and we have sun in the afternoon so I'm going home Tuesday with a tan =) I can not fault anything with this hotel & I'm a assistant manager of a hotel myself so I look for things! Absolutely amazing!...we are here until Tuesday & we got engaged here today so will always have this place in my heart! I thank you all!

This holiday was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a swim up room with a private pool area which was quiet and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect being only a stone’s throw away from the beach and a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly attentive from front of house, to entertainers, to cleaning staff. We especially wanted to thank Stravos who was the wonderful in the main restaurant always greeting us with a smile and friendly anecdote. We used the gym regularly, and although some of the equipment was a little tired we didn’t require much more whilst on holiday. (Maybe some heavier weights) Overall, we would recommend if you wanted some relaxing time away.
