Rooms: We were four adults and one child, and had two rooms – one with a jacuzzi and another with a sea view. In our opinion, the room with a jacuzzi is not worth the extra cost, as these rooms are located in less desirable parts of the hotel (basement level, no sunlight, etc.). Unless you're a huge fan of jacuzzis, we wouldn't recommend it. The room with the sea view pleasantly surprised us – maybe we were lucky, but it was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area, a large bathroom, and double sinks. The view of the sea was beautiful. The only minor downside was that there was a car rental company below our balcony, but it didn’t cause any real inconvenience. Food: Overall, the food was tasty. While the selection was a bit limited and repetitive, the dishes were well-prepared and flavorful. Special attention was given to desserts – at first, we thought they only looked nice, but they turned out to be not only visually appealing but also delicious. Drinks: A lot of attention is given to drinks as well. There’s a wide variety of cocktails (e.g., Negroni, Cuba Libre, Mojito, Margarita), and the quality is comparable to that of a good cocktail bar. Staff and service: The staff was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions or problems. In the restaurant, empty plates were cleared within minutes. Drink service was also good – both during meals and while relaxing by the pool, where drinks were occasionally brought directly to our sunbeds. Location: The view of the sea from the pools is breathtaking – it looks stunning. However, for those who prefer the beach over the pool, this might be a slight letdown. The beach is across the street, narrow, pebbly, and the entrance to the sea is rocky. It’s located beyond a breakwater, so the water tends to stagnate. At least for us, it didn’t feel very inviting for swimming. Summary: Although during our stay we experienced two natural events – an earthquake and a sandstorm (where it literally rained sand and the whole island turned brown) – we were very happy with our choice. The hotel looks even better and cozier in person than in the photos. It definitely lives up to its 5-star rating. We would gladly return again.
