It's understandable that there was a shortage of staff during the Spring Festival, but it took us an hour and a half to check in, from nearly 3 o'clock to 4:30. The standard of the food and breakfast felt like an ordinary 4-star standard, and the dinner buffet was not appetizing at all, which was very unworthy of the price of 188 (Marriott member price). In general, the hotel's services, especially the room service, need to be greatly increased.
