Hotel breakfast is great! Service is excellent. The counter staff at check-in were particularly helpful. We had a nice view from the room, and the place was quiet and tranquil.

Room is up to satisfactory, The cafe for breakfast needs to be better organised, it was quite messy and did not give you sense of cleanliness and comfort.

We had a great view of the mountain. There aren’t anything near the hotel. You have to didi to places. The facilities for kids in the hotel was great. Outdoor pool and the activities were amazing. The play room was a little small but there were good options of arcades (self paid). Not much choice for breakfast.

Stay in so many hotels for the second time bad reviews First of all, this 5-star hotel can be in hot weather without air conditioning only fresh air and front desk said incompetent The first night called the front desk in the middle of the night no one answered The next day stated that nothing could be done only breakfast "compensation" The front desk had stated that there is a fan supply but has been used by all the customers that not only I feel hot  there and can not open the floor glass door because once opened there are many mosquitoes plus the door and no mosquito net the next night to sleep and do not know where to fly two mosquitoes out all night injecting mosquitoes toilet shower room But the next day back to their own toothbrush to be cleared away but also dead mouth does not recognize there and said to go again to find back some toothbrushes for me so that I will not use the third day before leaving the hotel contact mainly asked back the toothbrush sleep there problem is completely useless do not know what to call  and said then will follow up reply waited two days no response It is simply expensive and disgusting. If you want to try it, you must go

The family came here for National Day two years ago and thought it was pretty good. We also booked a package for this Qingming holiday. The hotel's location, environment, sanitary conditions, and activity facilities are all very good, but the dinner and breakfast are much worse than the year before, not to mention compared with other Marriott hotels in the Pearl River Delta. I hope it can be improved, otherwise it will be a waste of this environment.
