On trip.com, it states that the reception is open until 21:00. However, when we arrived there at 19:00, THERE WAS NO STAFF present. We saw the key lock, but NO PASSCODE had been provided to us beforehand. Even though we contacted them via phone (as listed on trip.com) and email, we received no immediate response. Luckily, a helpful local assisted in calling their emergency contact. A nice security lady arrived 5 minutes later to open the key lock for us.

Big spacious apartment, clean and tidy. Very close to shops/restaurants/cafes and swimming area, staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again

Nice beach apartment complete kitchen, with eateries nearby. Not much attraction nearby.

I book Nautica at the rate of AUD598, but was being charged AUD606+ instead, I notice that only when I check my credit card statement upon return from my trip, when checking w Trip.com customer service the property first commented the overcharge of AUD8+ was for shuttle service which I did not utilise as I am renting a car and drove myself, then 2nd excuse is it was bank charges, but the charges amount on my credit card was clearly stated the property charge my card at AUD606! Trip.com is kind enough to compensate that overcharge into Trip coin despite it's clearly the property integrity issue. I booking room at level 1 or 2 but was given a room at level 3 and we need to carry our luggage all the way up by staircase, there isn't a lift, so book at your own risk.
