1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice.
2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage.
3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices.
4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

Oasis in the middle of the desert
Lovely hotel. Obviously brand spanking new at the moment, I hope it stays as clean as it is now over the next few years. Staff very pleasant and helpful especially Abbie - she couldn't do enough for us. The Central location is very handy - amenities were easily accessible. Enjoyable stay

Excellent hotel. Modern. Staff are fab. Room was excellent and nicely decorated.
This hotel is a brilliant base for the NEC. We used it for crufts. NEC is about 24 mins away but really easy to get to. Will definitely use again.

Great stay! Super clean and comfortable
Hotel is new, fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and gave all information needed.
The room was just what we needed. A big comfy bed. A big TV and a nice bathroom.
The rooms were clean and homely. I really liked the artwork.
I would stay here again and would recommend.
The only thing I would say is the showers are not very powerful or it wasn’t in our room but it wasn’t a big deal.
