Alpenhof is an excellent hotel with friendly service! Stefanie at the reception was exceptionally helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The slopes are easily accessible from the hotel and the spa was also great. Looking forward to our next visit!

Once again Hotel Alpenhof exceeds our very high expectations. Not easy to do! The service is fantastic. ALL the people in the staff are so nice and friendly, almost as if they were friends or family. The owners are also very close to us as customers which makes the stay feel even more warm and personal. The food is better than what you get in most five star restaurants. Just amazing! A very extensive wine list, meeting all kinds of tastes. As a bonus the weather conditions were excellent with powder snow and great skiing. The most fantastic SPA after hours of best possible skiing. The best possible combination. We love the place and are already planning for the next stay.

My wife and I spent three nights at Hotel Alpenhof with our two dogs. We were able to get a day and a half of skiing in mid-November! The hotel is located in a small village, about a 3 minute drive from the Bahn. Covered parking is connected to the hotel. Ski lockers are provided, there is an excellent spa that is family friendly and has an adults only space, and an outdoor pool. We were in a junior suite, which was fairly small for that room class but perfectly comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were great. Lunch was a more basic affair, but still fine. Dogs are allowed in the bar, but not the restaurant. The gym is pretty good and there is basketball court in the basement. The only issue we had was how warm our room was in the fourth floor. We had a brought a comforter to put over the bed to reduce the chance our dogs jumped on the bed and made a mess (and incur a fee). We just could cool off at night, even with the windows open. That aside, the room was whisper quiet and we really enjoyed a restful stay. We’d go back - but perhaps without our dogs

Excellent familie Hotel, personal and managers are very friendly, nice rooms, nice spa. Children are welcome. Fine dining! one little sugesion: the coffee could be a little more impressive in the morning. The hotel makes it onto our list of the best hotels!

Last week, we stayed in a comfortable and spacious family appartment (Edelweiss suite) within Hotel Alpenhof, a really inviting space to relax in after a long walk/exploration of the area. We were very much impressed by: • the level of service of all staff and attention to detail given by staff; • the excellent dining options within the full board reservation; dishes were delicious and beautifully presented with exeptional service. We took breakfast with a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to made to order eggs; • relaxing spa with outdoor pool area. We highly recommend this hotel for a really outstanding active stay in the summer in Austria!
