Hotel, mit guter Lage in Hinterzarten. Gutes Frühstück, Abendessen im Restaurant war okay. Doppelbett leider mit zwei Matratzen und damit Spalt in der Mitte. War bei Einzelbelegung nicht so schlimm, könnte bei Doppelbelegung jedoch störend sein.

酒店后面有免費停車場。老闆曾去過香港，對香港有一定了解，真有"他乡遇故知"之感。一進入酒店位處的小镇，就聞到一股樹木的清香，沿途一直都有，直到離開小镇。

The hotel is very noisy; deliveries start arriving at 6 AM. The rooms facing the street are loud until late in the evening because guests and passersby often have loud conversations on the street. It's impossible to sleep with the window open because the noise echoes in front of the hotel. The carpet is very worn out, and the whole hotel smells strongly of smoke, food, and a general lack of ventilation. We also had a thick shag carpet in our room, the same as in the breakfast room! This is truly unacceptable in a hotel room because it's impossible to keep it properly clean. The management is very unfriendly, which unfortunately affects some of the other staff as well. We were very glad to leave the hotel and would not return under any circumstances. We travel a lot and enjoy it, but this hotel is not one we can recommend.

We only had a 1 night stopover here but this hotel is outstanding, the staff are so friendly and very helpful the rooms are amazing and the breakfast faultless we would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and we intend to return next year..

Excellent welcoming, simple but quite large and comfortable quiet room. Good infrastructure and average pricing. Nice classical breakfast, free parking and good wifi. Access by train is also very easy. A good dress in this very touristy place.

Als Alleinreisender habe ich die friedliche Atmosphäre des Hotels sehr geschätzt. Es ist ruhig und wunderschön gestaltet, mit vielen Ecken, in denen man sich mit einem Buch entspannen oder einfach die Atmosphäre genießen kann. Besonders gut hat mir die Dachterrasse gefallen, von der aus man bei Sonnenuntergang einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Stadt hatte. Der gesamte Ort fühlte sich wie ein Zufluchtsort vor der geschäftigen Stadt darunter an und ich würde ihn jedem empfehlen, der eine erholsame Pause braucht.

Bellissimo hotel nella foresta bera molto curato e pulito con personale gentile e disponibile. Camere molto curate e pulite. Posto auto a disposizione. Ottima l colazione molto varia sia nel dolce che nel salato . Ottimo anche il ristorante.

Wir waren am 11. August zum Mittagessen in diesem Restaurant. Ich bestellte mir Spätzle mit Pfifferlingsrahmsoße. Nach dem 3ten Bissen fand ich eine große Schmeißfliege in der Rahmsoße 🤢 und habe dies umgehend reklamiert. Das Essen wurde zurückgenommen, und nichts weiter ist passiert. Nur die Bedienung hat sich ausgesprochen freundlich entschuldigt. Als es ans Bezahlen ging, wurde mir die volle Portion in Rechnung gestellt, und ich bekam als Ersatz für ein nicht gegessenes Mittagessen eine Tasse Kaffee! Der Chef des Restaurants/Hotels hatte dies wohl angeordnet .... ich finde das unmöglich und werde dort nie wieder zum Essen gehen. Das Mindeste wäre ein Ersatzessen oder ein nicht berechnen des Essens in Höhe von 23 € gewesen! Schade, ich verstehe unter einem guten Service etwas anderes 👊🏽😡
