I stayed for one night with my family. Location and cleanliness was extremely good. I would love to stay again in this hotel!

The room is clean. They upgraded our room too. Nice service.

Not all staff speak English well, but all problems were resolved very quickly. A triple room is a room for 2 with an extra bed, the third bed is adjacent to a table with a TV and a refrigerator, which is quite difficult to open because of this. Also, the number of sockets and switches by the bed is designed for 2 guests, and due to the extra bed they are shifted and located above or behind the pillow. On the ground floor there are QR codes with information about the area (attractions, shops, restaurants). There is a good Chinese restaurant very close to the hotel.

It seems to be relatively far from transportation. But we like to walk, so we came back quickly while looking around. It was close to a shopping mall, so it was nice to play and return to the accommodation. There was no major inconvenience in using the facilities, but it was disappointing that there were only a few outlets. I was cautious about leaving a comment because I didn't really use the hotel's services, but they responded kindly. Hiroshima is nice!

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 (2 adults, children 11 and 9 years old).We were glad that the front desk was different from before, and the staff were all polite, soft and warm. The front desk and room were chic and nice with black as the base.

The bed mat was a little hard.

[Good value, good location] I used this EN HOTEL for an overnight girls' trip to Hiroshima! The hotel has a very calm atmosphere, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. On the first day, I went to the Atomic Bomb Dome, and then took a tram to this hotel in less than 10 minutes. In the evening, we went to eat okonomiyaki at Okonomimura. It was about a 10-minute walk to Okonomimura. Take a good rest at night, visit Itsukushima Shrine, and return home by Shinkansen. The amount of breakfast at the hotel was just right, not too little and not too much! I had a choice of Japanese food or breakfast. I chose Japanese food, but it was simple and very delicious 🐟 There are many QR codes in the lobby, and there is a lot of information about Hiroshima sightseeing spots, from famous places to hidden spots✨ It was fun to search. Everyone please look for it 👀

Last time the staff treated me very well, so this is my second time! The staff this time was also a nice person. I like the calming colors of the room. The shower curtain was also a good impression because it felt clean.

I stayed for 2 nights, but the room was clean and comfortable. I thought it would have been nice to have another chair in the room. Everyone explained everything very carefully♪

This was my first time staying here for 2 nights. I booked this hotel with high hopes, thinking that it would be renovated and had a stylish sense and a good location. I had reserved a single bed room, but when I checked in, there was a vacancy, so I prepared a twin room. Thanks to you, I was able to spend two days in a spacious and relaxed manner. There were many foreign staff, but they speak Japanese well, and all the staff, including Japanese, were polite and gave a good impression. The only disappointment was that the room was on the building side and the location was not good, and I was worried about the noise at night. The drink service in the lobby was attractive, but it was only available between 15:00 and 23:00. ) It is difficult to improve the noise in the neighborhood, but I was completely satisfied and would like to use it again.

It was cheap, clean and lucky. However, if you go by car, there is no parking lot, so there was also an inconvenient point. Breakfast was delicious.
