From the moment we stepped out of our transport upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that lasted until the moment we departed for the airport. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Check-in was swift and efficient, with a refreshing welcome drink. Throughout our visit, the concierge team went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations.
When it was time to leave, the hotel staff even waved us goodbye as our transport pulled away—a small but heartfelt gesture that truly made us feel special.

I am highly impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality that the team has portrayed. I was warmly greeted, served with a nice glass of mocktail while the receptionist was helping me with the registration. Everything is just perfect with this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

Been staying here 3 times before and recently we had to cancel very last minute due to health issue. The hotel is no way to negotiate an amicable changes/refund. Will never stay here again.

Brilliant staff, so attentive in all areas. Hotel limo to the airport was great with cold towels & water with a lovely wave off from the staff.

The service of this hotel is really excellent. The room is very clean. The bar on top floor is really good as well.
Moreover, I like their breakfast very much.
I will definitely stay in this hotel next time in Vietnam.

Every single staff member was kind, friendly, and nice.
They gave unforgettable memory and service to my wife and me. The breakfast was also tasty, and there was a variety of dishes. We would like to come back next time.
