Amazing

Excellent apartments with independent entry. The owners are friendly and polite, practically 24/7 in touch, created a group in WhatsApp where they answered my questions, sent a video instruction on how to open the front door yourself, pick up the key card and check into the apartment. Also, on any day you can request cleaning and change of bed linen and towels as in a hotel.
The room itself, of course, is quite modest in size, but with a balcony where you can dry things, and a good view of the park. Many hotels in Saigon do not always even have windows. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and cutlery. The nearest 7-Eleven is a 10-minute walk away, there are several cafes around and a coffee shop right in this building, the city center is about 7 minutes by motorbike.
Of the minuses, I can note a very hard bed, as well as a gap between the wall and the bed, where pillows constantly fell, it was not super comfortable to sleep. Also, the flow-through water heater in the bathroom howled very loudly, it was a bit annoying. Otherwise, everything is great, I recommend it!

The room size is OK, but it is really noisy. The windows are not soundproof. One day at 7/8 in the morning, the park next to it played loud music and I couldn't fall asleep without earplugs. The furniture is complete and you can cook. The landlord needs to use line to contact

Inexpensive accommodation, but clean, new building. Wi-Fi and hot water, small balcony. Self-check-in, they sent everything on video, it was easy to find
Among the minuses, I would like to note a very hard mattress, and also our room overlooked the entrance, where locals were yelling all night, and in the morning at 5-6 o'clock something like a cafe opens and the music turns on at full blast. I couldn't sleep

The location is not bad if you take Grab. I was able to do self-check-in easily by providing detailed information. It was nice to have kitchen utensils in the room. Mr. Bar also made a patter with his voice. :)

Everything is fine. It took a while to get in touch with the manager, but within an hour everything was resolved with the help of support. The number provided did not answer. In fact it was different.
Otherwise, an excellent apart-hotel for the money.
