This was an extremely disappointing experience due to the poor conditions and misleading photos because we didnt stay in the iconic building but in a random ugly building in the area. my experience was significantly different from what I had anticipated, as a result of the misleading images on their website. The room's actual condition was a vast disappointment. The primary concerns are as follows: Inaccurate Images: The website's images depict a hotel structure that is entirely distinct from the actual structure. In the photographs, the room appeared to be modern, clean, and spacious; however, it was in fact outdated, cramped, and far from spotless. The television in my chamber was nonfunctional. I was unable to enjoy any entertainment during my stay as a result of the front desk's failure to address the issue when I contacted them. Mold in the Bathroom: The bathroom tiles were visible with mold, which is a clear health hazard and entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the lavatory was also inadequately cleaned, which contributed to the discomfort. Room Condition: The room's hygiene was significantly subpar. Dust and grime were evident on numerous surfaces, contributing to the impression that the room had not been cleansed thoroughly in some time.
