Everywhere had hair. Toilet was still wet when I check in

It was ok not bad. The room itself is great, has a washing machine. The location is ok close to many places. The bathroom could use a little more cleaning.

Room is clean with brand new furnitures. Especially the electronics. TV screen is large and fast. Even the fridge and washing machine are big brand premium quality level. We’ve stayed in many apartments but none of theirs electronics are as good as this one. Landlord May is friendly and helpful with everything we need. Washing basin is a bit small. But overall is nice.

Perfect stay

Traveling to Ho Chi Minh City, I chose this hotel-style apartment in District 1. When I arrived at the building, there was no service staff. I immediately contacted Ctrip, and the staff immediately handled it and arrived very quickly. Thank you for the help provided by Ctrip. The apartment room is large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the environment is comfortable. However, there are police knocking on the door at night to check if there are other unregistered people in the room (actually they are arresting **, and they will be fined 10 million VND. Please pay more attention⚠️)

If you want to experience local life there, a place with a living room and kitchen is more suitable for living for more than two days. You can ask the landlord any questions and she will solve the problems quickly.

The location and sanitation are quite convenient. There is not even a front desk in such a large apartment. It is really inconvenient to ask questions without anyone.
