President Maison Signature By M Village

I had a very pleasant stay at this M village hotel. The hotel was very new, tucked away at a quiet alley at district 3. Getting around is pretty easy with Grab. There are cafes, restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The staffs are super friendly and attentive and helpful. My first room’s air con made some noise on my first night so they changed it for me the next morning. The girls there were super helpful , Mini and Kimchi are very helpful and thoughtful. They helped food ordering and massage and nail spa booking for me, giving me advice on where to eat. We communicated with WhatsApp and they were super responsive. Hotel is clean, rooms are nicely decorated, the whole place is very well maintained. The pool is not big enough for swimming but a great place to chill. The only downside for me is they don’t have a gym but you can use the gym of another hotel of the same group just 5 minutes walk away. If I go back to HCM again, I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best services I have ever received for hotels, Great garden with flowers and nice trees, filled with the fragrance of flowers at night French style room. Exceptional service from the front desk, always checking to ensure if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. They have a WhatsApp service available where you can drop them a message if you require any additional help or admin matters. The rooms are clean and perfect and they had a really good Bluetooth speaker in the room too. Location is very quiet as well and other places are easily accessible with grab. I enjoyed my stay here, thank you to the team!

I really enjoyed my stay at President Maison Signature By M Village in Ho Chi Minh. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any question or request. The location is very convenient, and the design of the hotel is stylish and thoughtfully put together. My room was spacious, well equipped, and featured new, comfortable furniture. It's a beautiful hotel, very cozy and warm. Impressive service and staff speak good english. The hotel sent a message prior to the check in. How to find the hotel and helpful information. Easy communication with the hotel via WhatsApp (any messenger) Very good taste of classy interior. Seems like this hotel is located in a big landed house area. There were a couple of fancy looking residence around the hotel. We have had a great stay and highly recommended.
