Decent hotel with an excellent location. Not that far from the airport and tours offer pick up from the hotel as well which is convenient. Room size is standard compared to city hotels. However both nights the aircon despite being on felt like it was turned off! Apart from the night aircon and feeling extremely hot, the room was nice and my stay was good

第一天提前到達，溝通了一些前台小姐姐Jolie 很快幫我們安排出房間入住，讓我們得以洗漱休息一下就去旅行，節省了很大時間，而且是微笑服務，讓人很舒服。
特別感謝早餐廳遇見Phu哥，會一點中文，熱情做了餐飲介紹，給我留下了很深刻的印象～由艾美酒店開啟了我們愉快的越南之旅。
On the first day, we arrived earlier than scheduled. After communicating with Jolie at the front desk, she promptly arranged a room for us to check in. This allowed us to freshen up and rest briefly before starting our tour, saving us a significant amount of time. What stood out was her smiling service, which made us feel truly comfortable.
A special thanks to Brother Phu, whom we met at the breakfast restaurant. He speaks a little Chinese and enthusiastically introduced the food and beverage options to us, leaving a deep impression. Our delightful journey in Vietnam began at Le Méridien Hotel.

The location is perfect. The room is okay, i guess. Hairdryer doesn't work, no fridge, bathroom facilities are not working well. It's noisy there too because the next building is still in construction

Excellent attention and service from all the staff, especially the person at the reception when I checked in. The hotel is well maintained, except for the shower, which could use some cleaning and disinfection, and the sidewalk outside the hotel, which was destroyed. The amenities are limited and not of the quality expected in a hotel of this level. The breakfast is varied and has an impressive coffee station. Several buildings around the hotel are under construction, so there is some noise and dust. But there are also excellent restaurants on nearby streets.
