The hotel's location is convenient, as it is downtown. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered various good options. However, the room was relatively small, with a very tiny bathroom. Additionally, we found the water pipes very noisy when trying to sleep, and there seemed to be some water leaking. The refrigerator also made a lot of noise. The pillows were uncomfortable as they caused overheating, and the water flow from the tap was intermittent.

Perfect Stay for a Family Trip – Highly Recommended!
We had an amazing stay at Ramada Encore Saigon during our family trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way!
The location is fantastic—right in District 1, making it super convenient to explore major attractions, shopping areas, and great restaurants. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is in a quiet spot, which made our stay even more relaxing.
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Though not very large, they were comfortable and had everything we needed. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and assisting with anything we needed. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, which we really appreciated.
We also loved the rooftop pool and bar—it offered beautiful city views and was a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, catering to both local and international tastes.
Overall, our experience at Ramada Encore Saigon was excellent. It’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location is convenient. Rioms are clean and service is good. The rooms are much smaller than whst they appear online. Barely any room to move . The tv did not work in our room the first night and after we complained they said it was the cable network issue and only sone channels worked. The next day none worked. Our room had a door to the next room and it was very noisy at night. We could hear entire telehone conversations which went on for hours. Also a lot of noise from others on the floor. For what we paid it seemed quite underwhelming.

I deducted a star for cleanliness cause for 2 consecutive nights around midnight, seems like it's somewhat centralised aircon/toilet air duct where it will blow cigarette air from my lovely neighbour who wishes me to pass on earlier than them. I assumed they may be smoking in the toilet, and somehow the smoke detector did not go off. Please help to improve on the smoke detector to detect such inconsiderate rubbish people. Otherwise, customer service, facilities, cleanliness are all there. It's a pretty good location with ~10 minutes walk to vincom center etc.
