Excellent place to stay. The customer service is really amazing.

Do not book this hotel, the hotel management and staff are working with *********** to scam you. I made a reservation for 5 days and they kicked me out of the hotel on the first day. I asked them to call the police but they threw me out with the staff, this is absolutely unacceptable. Don't let anyone get scammed here. Don't go.

Staff initiative comparable to 5 stars hotel at Cupid Hotels. Stayed at both Cupid (1 night) and Cupid2 (4 nights) hotels. Will return to stay at the Cupid hotels again. Cupid has nice frog leg porridge restaurant and Jus Spa within walking distance and Cupid2 has nice restaurants around the neighbourhood as well. Ease of getting around via Grab, GrabBike and Tada. Highly recommended hotel chain. Staff at both hotels are very helpful.

Very nice and friendly staff, helped to sort out the booking of tickets to Mui Ne. The room is clean, nothing extra, the interior is beautiful, in the style of lovers, cupids on the walls, in the rooms for an additional fee you will find a box with a surprise 😜😛 on the bed nvs an elephant made of towels was waiting Pay attention when booking, in a small room there may not be a window, which was ours, but we stayed for a couple of nights)
