We book through Agoda and the building was prohibited for short term rent - the security guards said we were decieved by the landlord and that was true. It took us nearly one hour and thirty minutes to get in touch with Agoda to get through to the landlord dispite reaching out to him. At the end we book another hotel in the city center and hopefully we will get our money back!

Absolute scam - be very careful - many properties with similar names but same address - tried to take money for accommodation and then cancelled my booking after I was waiting 4 hours - book in at 3pm cancelled at 306pm leaving me accomodationless in a new city - be aware

AirBnB is banned in Vietnam and you may take risk to get check by authorities any times of stay. The citizens in this Millenium do not respect your stay to call 911 or near police station to check yr room

Poor! They only allow 10 people at the pool at a time, there is a security guard, admin person and a fake life guard there. It’s ridiculous. The security guards are rude. It’s OVER secure for no reason. My child sat on their lobby couch and her feet were not on the chair, they asked her to take her shoes off. So many instances of rude staff and security. I had to cut my stay short and go to a more relaxed apartment where they actually allow people to use the pool. Disgusting

In according Vietnam law, all shorterm rentals (Day/Week) is prohibited. All infringement shall bw fined by Authorities. I strongly recommend tourist visitors read, understand not to book your holiday stays at Millennium Apartment

The photos did not match what we found. The welcome of Mr. Shawn very cold, the apartment dirty. We left after the first of three nights booked. Mrs. Emily very rude in the answers given to our concerns, often did not answer!
