The staff were helpful and had high integrity. I left my safe open carelessly, the staff locked it up for me, and left a note for access. Not a single bank note was lost. I highly appreciate the hotel staff honesty .

location is good, it is closely to opera and Japanese street. Room size is too small as phots show, so that I paid uncharge to upgrade room size.

I’ve noticed Silverland Sil Hotel, but i didn’t have the opportunity to go! So this year I’ve spent last 2 days in Vietnam in this beautiful hotel! I like the swimming pool, not too crazy, but chilling and relaxing! The floor manager Ha, she was amazing and friendly, we also had an amazing chat! Same Vi she was at the bar when I came and I asked for a mojito! She did a good job, tasty mojito . And same for Mythuan, friendly person and gently smile! Great Breakfast and also the tea in the afternoon so great . I will come back next year and I hope to stay more there .

I 100% recommend Silverland sil hotel. The services, the food, the atmosphere and friendly stuff, extra miles Because I very particular about the room cleanliness, but I can guarantee you that they really do their job. OMG really no joke. Thumbs up for them bravooo I will go back Vietnam just because of you guys ❤️❤️

The staff at the hotel are professional, respectful and provide good customer service. Kin, Vi and Han cooked the food deliciously and were wiling to cook foods that I asked for. Housekeepers Cindy, Hien and Tran provided good services, e.g.,cleaned the room good and changed the sheets and sent my clothes to the dry cleaner and the laundry and picked them up the same day. Robin, Keisha, Louis, Anthony and Han have good customer service skills, e.g., provided information about how to get to a barber shop and scheduled me with a tour company to go a trip to the Mekong Delta. A trip which I went on and enjoyed. Bell men Tony, An and Cris opened the door and helped to carry my luggage. I like the new interior design of the place. The afternoon tea was very nice. Music was played in the background of the restaurant during the afternoon. I saw a traditional Vietnamese musical performance and it was great. They added a small gym. The gym has a treadmill, an elliptical machine and weights. I had an excellent workout there.

The service is great and I enjoyed the stay except one thing happened that the elevator was out of order on my check-out day, and I was asked to climb on the stairs attached to wall to the other side of building to take the elevator there. This is not user friendly at all as the stair itself is like a shoe rack attached to the wall and it’s quite hard to climb. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the stay.

Do not book family room! I’m traveling with two children so I booked a family room at significantly higher price. The hotel reception acknowledged that the room I booked was a family room and collected extra charge for my older boy. However, the room is obviously a much smaller twin room, it only had two small chairs and a tiny table, and looks exactly like the Deluxe room on their website. What got us so upset was that the reception kept insisting that this room is indeed the family room, instead of acknowledging that they overbooked themselves. It was only after one hour that they relented to let us speak to the hotel manager on the phone and he gave us an extra bed and waived off the extra child charge as compensation.  On the plus side, we appreciate Trip’s service recovery and the manager’s efforts to seek us out to explain the next day. The breakfast and afternoon tea were fantastic and the restaurant service staff were all warm and eager to help.

Small room but relatively clean. Feels like those insta room. Lift is very slow. But nice service, good location within little Tokyo. Lots of food nearby.

I recently stayed at Silverland Sil Hiotel and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
