This hotel absolutely deserves all the great reviews. Clean, comfortable, convenient. I really enjoyed using the pool and fitness room. There are a lot of great places restaurants nearby and a little mall with great brands. I enjoyed my stay here. Would highly recommend.

房間很乾凈，內部設施不錯，除了小沒毛病。早餐偏日式，食材不錯。服務人員非常nice, 最後一天由於我們的飛機是半夜，退房後可以把行李寄存在酒店，是自動寄存的，非常方便。出行的時候下大雨，前台給我們很大的雨傘。晚上回來，我們在前台休息，還提供了巧克力。服務很貼心！

This was my second stay at Hotel Sotetsu, and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights on a business trip.
The staff were just as friendly, polite, and helpful as I remembered — really made me feel welcome. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained.
The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which was perfect for work.
And of course, I still loved the breakfast — very authentic Japanese style and really enjoyable.
I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and spas

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable environment. and there is a wide variety of japanese breakfast options everything was fresh and delicious. The front desk service truly stood out; the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and impressively quick with check-in and any requests. Highly recommended I will definitely stay here again! :)

Great experience from checking in to checking out. Hallway had a weird smell, air ventilation could be improved. Hotel’s facilities were limited.
