We were able to rent bikes from the hotel itself and staff also washed and folded out laundry for us for a small fee. The room itself was great. Very spacious, comfy bed, small outdoor private pool. Very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you"

"The room is great with good service. We got welcome drinks and snack after a long ride with traffic jam from Hanoi. I like that it has a very relaxing vibe. I enjoyed my stay. However the location might not be that convenient, had to get a Grab to go around. The hotel is located in a small alley and very narrow sidewalk. There is no street light at nighttime as well. This is the down side, but the good thing is this place is quiet, so we were able to have a good sleep. Breakfast is also not bad."

"Everything was fine before check-out. From the security guards to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very enthusiastic. The only issue was that the reception staff asked my friend to pay for the room, even though the full payment had already been made through Trip.com. I only discovered this after arriving back in Hai Phong. This made me extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism. After contacting the hotel, I had to wait until Monday for the accounting staff to come in. 😏"

Trang An boat tours are a 5-minute drive away, and Mua Cave is 10 minutes, with taxis readily available. The morning pho was unbelievably delicious – you must try it! Excellent value for money! ^^"

"The room was new, but the electrical system was always crashing. The bath tube is extremely slippery and the toilet deposit took ages to refill. Marcus was very dilligent solving the situation after numerous tries. The people at the entrance is competent, but not particularly friendly. The breakfast had the essencial. The location is far from the city heart, around 5 km away, what requires always a taxi."

"The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅"

I loved sitting outside my room in the chair, reading and drinking a beer. The breakfast and dinner food were excellent too. Last comment: I had a 6:30 am pickup and Hannah made me a to-go breakfast for the journey. Truly heart-led hospitality!"
