The property is surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff and the owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would also highly recommend the massage service – it was very professional and extremely relaxing. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, and the service is quick and efficient. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable, making it a great value for money. We truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for having us!

It's 3 mins down dirt roads in Trang An (where the longest and biggest major boat ride attraction is located), from the main paved road and such a beautiful setting in the mountains and ponds because of it. Quiet and peaceful not busy and backpacker like Tam Coc or city like Ninh Bin. They have a 2 story building with big new modern rooms I stayed in with a long large shared balcony with seating built in 2025. I never saw the older single rooms across the property but there were guests in them. The hostess is very helpful and accommodating along with her 2 daughters. They cook breakfast included, do laundry, rent motorbikes, help booking Xanh or Grab, sell water and snacks. New modern indoor seating for meals. Bicycles are free to borrow and riding around the dirt roads enjoying the scenery is a treat. A very easy place to stay. I personally rented a motorbike and was out from morning until 9pm every day sight seeing. Wake up and look at the beautiful mountains every morning in this homestay. Everything is affordably priced and normal for the region. Cheaper than other cities in Vietnam. They do NOT do CREDIT CARD booking payment. Pay for your room, motorbike, laundry, food when you check out with CASH so make sure you have enough on your last day.

It was okay, there are free bicycles to use. However there are a few things are worth mentioning. There’s no power point beside the bed, so you can’t charge your phone and use it while lying down. There’s also no power point in the bathroom, which means no blow-drying your hair inside. They do have a spot outside for drying hair, but there’s no mirror there, so it’s not practical and I doubt that setup is going to change. The room has no entertainment at all, not even a TV, which may or may not matter depending on the person. One thing that might bother some people is the mirror directly facing the bed. It can be uncomfortable or even considered bad feng shui. Honestly it gave me a bit of a scare at night. Overall fine for a simple stay, but these are things to be aware of.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Мы недавно провели несколько дней в Ниньбине и остановились в отеле, который порадовал нас своим комфортом и атмосферой. Сначала хочется отметить приветливый и внимательный персонал. Они всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами и предложить советы о том, что стоит увидеть в окрестностях. Нам предложили экскурсию по местным достопримечательностям, что стало отличным началом нашего пребывания. Так же мы арендовали у них байк на котором объездили множество красивейших локаций. Номер, в котором мы остановились, был просторным и чистым, с удобной кроватью и современными удобствами. Нам особенно понравился вид из окна — живописные рисовые поля и горные пейзажи создавали невероятную атмосферу. Мы определенно рекомендуем его всем, кто планирует посетить Ниньбин!

Неплохой отель. Очень тихий и зелёный. Есть бассейн но я не купалась, только на одну ночь останавливалась. Расположение удобное, так как рядом находится достопримечательность Hang Mua. Также рядом много кафе. И можно утром погулять вдоль рисовых полей, красивые места вокруг.номер очень большой по размеру.

To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

The rooms are super spacious and the bed was really good and huge. The lady who runs the hotel with her family is super helpful and wants to show you the best places in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel. And not to forget the breakfast is good too

This is a basic hotel with reasonable prices. We stayed here for one night. Unfortunately, there was a power outage that lasted about 20 minutes. Fortunately, the owner responded quickly, and the electricity was restored promptly. The hotel is in a convenient location, only 100 metres from Hao Lu Old Town
