Hotel was good. However receptionist was too rood when we checked in. She does not speak english at all and no interest to use translation software, which i offered her. She was just screaming on us. She must be more politer and trying to find proper way to communicate with us. We showed her booking document. She did not understand what it is. Than I booking number and explained using google translate. At the end she found from her phone are booking..

A very good hotel. I thought that the hardware level of Home Inns is not good now, but I didn’t expect that the room facilities of this hotel are very good. The rooms are large, the bathroom and shower room are also new and easy to use. The intelligent control system is the best I have ever stayed in a hotel in recent times. The most user-friendly, the robot is cute and the storage compartment is very clean. The overall service quality of the hotel is very good. If you need drinking water, it will be delivered immediately. When checking out, the pretty girl at the front desk also gave a small gift (a bunch of delicious food 😋). In short, the hotel is great!

During the recent Hohhot Expo, hotel prices were ridiculously high. So I booked Home Inn Select. I haven’t stayed at Home Inn in nearly ten years. Stay one night and come down. It can be said to be the king of cost performance! After using the points deduction, the family room that costs more than 300 per night is not too good! Although the rooms on the sixth floor face the viaduct. But the windows were closed and the curtains were drawn. The noise does not affect sleep. It’s great to listen to music on Xiaodu Xiaodu Smart throughout the house. There was a hole in the quilt but it was clean. The washbasin is next to the room and the floor can easily get wet. It's a bit... strange that breakfast is on the first floor. The most important thing is that when I went to have breakfast on the first floor this morning, there was a huge smell in the elevator. Later, I avoided the elevator when I went upstairs and went downstairs to check out. Check-in at the front desk was quite smooth, and the parking lot at the entrance is large. Parking is easy.

Praise the front desk for very good service. The hotel is next to an elevated highway, there are no restaurants around, and it's not far or close to the attractions. The breakfast room is not large, so you have to fight for a seat. Room hygiene is average
