The Nguyen Tri Phuong road, which is located in this hotel, is connected to the Old Town west, and there are many delicious and pretty hotels here. It's a beautiful village where local life and tourism coexist. Rose and Kim were such warm and attentive hosts – they helped us a lot during our trip and gave excellent local recommendations that really enriched our experience in Hội An. We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great, extremely quiet and out of the way but not too far into the old town at all. There are free bicycles available if you don’t fancy walking. Stephanie, Katy and all the rest of the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome the whole time. Breakfast is really good quality and again, all staff are more than welcoming and helpful for any requirements. The hotel is beautiful and amazing value for money, we stayed in a junior suite and it was exactly what we expected and loved every minute. We booked the Hoi An Memories show and a trip to Marble mountain through reception and it was a very smooth process and prices were very reasonable. We would highly recommend staying here and will not hesitate to book again when we next visit Hoi An.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town, yet in a quiet residential area. Regarding amenities, the sheets seemed to have not been changed, and there was hair and other stains on them. The shower room floor was slanted, so the toilet floor got soaked after showering. They arranged for a taxi to take us back, which cost 320,000 VND from the hotel to downtown Da Nang. I felt the male staff were acting a little sexually harassing, which was unpleasant. The female staff were all very kind and helpful. I checked in late at night, but the entrance door was open, my room key was at the reception counter, and check-in was available 24 hours a day.

Con mia moglie siamo stati due notti, e siamo rimasti veramente contenti, la struttura si trova su di un isoletta a 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro dove ci sono negozi bancarelle ristoranti ecc ,camera molto pulita e bella con un bellissimo terrazzino molto tranquillo, la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina, ottima colazione e la receptionist impeccabile, davvero gentile con un piccolo costo aggiuntivo ci ha lavorato ed asciugato i vestiti, ci ha prenotato il bus notturno per spostarci a Da Lat con un servizio di prelievo direttamente dalla struttura!!. Davvero tutto perfetto, lo consiglio vivamente !!

AC in bedrooms are good. Living rooms are breezy. No insect especially mosquito because geckos take care of it. The owner runs the place directly. 5-star hospitality. You can get all kinds of information from her. The janitor is also very dedicated and thorough.
