It was good hotel and location. Nice clean and friendly staffs. Will book again when i am coming back to Hoi An

So, I booked this property and it was really a great decision. Although there was a small mix-up with the number of guests, the remedy was rather quick. Their family room is really spacious and squeaky clean. The linen smells good and the towels are thick and absorbent. The staff is really friendly, helpful and very attentive to our needs, they even extended help booking our trip to MySon which is the same rate as the one they have in Klook (and there was a good discount too). This place is near the walking street but relatively far from the touristy area (a hundred meters or more) which I think is great because it is more quiet at night when you want to just rest early. The free breakfast is simple but seeing their staff greet your with their smiles made us enjoy our 2 days of early morning nourishment. Overall, this place made us feel like we were their family and if time permits, my family will stay here again. Thank you so much everyone!

Hoa Vang Riverside Villa is a super cool family business run by two lovely sisters. The breakfast is amazing, featuring a tasty omelette and a fruit plate, and the room is beautiful with a view of the river.

The lady that runs this place - I think her name is Tram (?) is so helpful - they take your breakfast order the night before and cook your breakfast freshly for you in the morning. The rooms are large and spotless. The location is a ten minute walk into Hoi Ann but in a quiet location next to the river. We borrowed bikes to go to the beach 5km away. Also her sister runs Shine Tailors which her husband took us to - sometime you worry about whether they genuinely have links or just work on commission - don’t be - Shine is run by family members and has good reviews on trip advisor - we had clothes made and are really happy with the quality and price! (So much to choose from in Hoi An it can be overwhelming but we are happy!) all in all, a lovely place to stay with a lovely host! Recommended!

The Hoa Vang Riverside Villa is more like a homestay than a hotel. We had a view overlooking the river which made for a pleasant outlook. Many of the rooms do not have such a view. There was a pleasant riverside walk of about 800m to reach the 'Old Town' area. The room was very comfortable, with a comfortable bed. When we booked the room was not advertised as having a safe, but there was one present which was excellent from a peace of mind perspective. It had air conditioning which was great given the temperature and humidity while we were staying. The host is extremely pleasant and helpful. We were greeted with a drink and the offer of information about Hoi An. In discussions with the owner we received information about tailors, restaurants and activities, all of which proved helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we just needed to ask and the host obliged. On a hot day the host even drove us to one local location we wanted to get to in their own vehicle without charge. The breakfast was selected from a menu with freshly squeezed fruit juice, a range of cooked options, fresh fruit platter and excellent coffee. The food was all freshly prepared. We never left hungry. There was an excellent 'Japanese owned' restaurant almost next door which provided an convenient dining option. For people wanting a less commercial holiday the Hoa Vang Riverside Villa provides a relaxing alternative with a nice host and staff.
