If you are in Hoi An please stay here!!! I’ve never had such a positive experience with service at a hotel before. Spring Emma and Cherry were super helpful and friendly - especially Spring who talked us through everything to do around Hoi An and was able to check us in 4 hours early and give us a free room upgrade!!

Great value and really nice place. The highlight is the staff who are fantastic. We had cherry, Hannah and spring who helped us out with planning our trip and we’re so helpful everytime we met them. Nothing was too much hassle for them. We rented bikes and enjoyed the pool.

I had the loveliest time at lip lip villa, the rooms are fantastic with a really comfy bed, great air conditioning and a great shower. There is also a lovely breakfast included and the pool is fantastic to cool off in after a day of sightseeing. The highlight of the hotel though is the incredible staff- Hannah, Lee and Jenny were the loveliest people who I enjoyed so many brilliant chats with and who gave loads of recommendations for things to do and organised our hai van pass motorbike trip to Hue. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect! I will definitely be back and thoroughly recommend lip lip villa if you are staying in Hoi An it’s by far the best place I’ve stayed in Vietnam so far.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. They give complimentary towels for the pool. The food is lovely. They helped us with maps and tours and we rented a bike to cycle into old town. When we were leaving it was really early and Lee packed a lovely takeaway brekkie for us. I wish we could’ve stayed longer here as it was so calm after all the hustle and bustle of other cities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ended up extending multiple times throughout the week as a result as we were so comfortable here. The best part about this stay was by far the staff they are a credit to the place and made our stay. I had read in the reviews before that the staff are friendly but it is certainly true. They always greet you with a smile on their face and are ready to help with any recommendations of things to do, places to eat, tailors, hairdressers etc. Helen helped walk us through the area with the hotels personalised maps and her personal favourites of therecommendations. From the get go she was available to answer all queries really quickly through WhatsApp. Even when I was unwell she gave me medication and was very sympathetic which was really sweet. She truly went above and beyond. Hannah also went above and beyond to help my boyfriend book a train to our next location despite it not being a service the hotel offers. :) thank you both, we wish you all the best in the future.

We loved it so much thus we extended for more 7 days! Extremely clean , good size of the room and location was perfect. Staff were very nice and friendly with very well spoken English. They let us check in early and gave us a lot of information about the town such as what foods to eat and best places to eat them, where to have coffee and or tea, recommended which houses, halls and temples to visit in the old town. They also recommended a few tailors to us that are known to be good and told us their price ranges. They also recommended attractions to visit around Hoi An (and there are many) and where and with who to book for the best price. They have a free walking tour and a couple other tours that you can join and offer other services such as reliable taxis to the airport, buses to nearby towns, motorbike rent and others. This hotel is great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
