Hoi An Cua Dai Hotels

The pool is spacious. The TV in the room is big. Renaissance has a wide variety of breakfast options, and it's nice that it's open until 11am. The staff are all very nice. On the negative side, the shower in the room didn't drain well, so water pooled at the bottom. There is a free shuttle bus to Hoi An, but if you don't book early, it will be full at the best times. The area around the hotel is quiet. There is nothing nearby. There is a mart and one restaurant in front of the hotel. The mart had a limited selection and the prices were exorbitant. Grab taxi and grab food are available. There are many guests with children, so it may not be suitable for couples who want to relax.

After check out they need to check the room and ask me to return the laundry bag ! Even one laundry bag also cannot take cannot understand. And the front desk keep promote their transport with very high fees than grab apps . Be careful when stay this hotel .

LOVED IT! The room and the bed? Clean, comfortable, big. - The bathroom? Clean, amazing tub and plenty of hot water. - The location? Cua dai beach is less than 1 minute away, literally just around the corner; An Bang beach is 15 min away (by bicycle, the hotel lets you use them for free), the hotel has shuttles to take you to Hoi an at different times of the day. - The breakfast? Delicious buffet with plenty of western/Vietnamese options. - The staff? DEFINITELY THE BEST FEATURE OF THE HOTEL! Extremely kind and helpful!

What a delightful hotel, conveniently located not far from Hoi An! Our room was spacious and boasted a fantastic view, while the pool was pristine and offered a stunning vista of the sea. The hotel thoughtfully organized shuttle buses to Hoi An, making exploration effortless. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were impeccably clean. Breakfast by the pool was a delicious treat. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We choose this hotel because of it’s location, right in-front of the beach. It has beautiful view. Sadly we visit here in winter, could not enjoy the sea or swimming. The staff in here are very friendly, helpful. They offer shuttle bus go to the old quarter. Breakfast is variety, delicious. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the beach.

I’ve stayed at Moung thanh properties 14-15 times  at various locations all over Vietnam and in Lao over the last 15 years. Some of the properties are not as well kept or the staff well trained as you would expect from what is probably the biggest hotel chain I’ve seen in SE Asia but the Moung Thanh Holiday Hoi An is one of the best in the chain.  The staff is very welcoming from the moment you enter the lobby. You’re greeted with a cold beverage and a lot of smiles when you approach the reception area.  Room service was excellent fast, efficient, and tasty. The breakfast was very satisfying especially for my kids and it’s very important if you are travelling as a family.  We were running late to catch our boat to Cham Island so we inadvertently left our brand new iPad in our room when we checked out but 30 minutes later when we called they said they were holding it  at the front desk so we could pick it up when we return from the island in a couple days!  Lastly, we left our motorcycle there while we traveled  by boat and they allowed us to keep it on the property till we returned.  What a great group of employees there at this exceptional property clearly one of Moung Thanh’s better hotels in the chain.  We are 15 months into our two years of travelling Asia as a family and we already booked another 2 days here five days from now and we booked another 5 day stay at the Moung Thanh in Nha Trang.  Thanks for the excellent service and making us feel at home while we explore the world.

Great location and the service from staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure we were happily settled in. Very very polite staff especially at front desk and in the restaurant. Well done 😁. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very good service and clean hotel room!

The hotel is located a little far from Hoi An. But it has a free shuttle to the old town. My wife and I really liked its location in terms of peace, quiet, privacy. We were given a great room that had recently been renovated with a view of the lagoon. Good cleaning, a decent restaurant, polite girls at the reception, the sea is 5 minutes across the road. True, we did not really appreciate the beach, but it depends on the person. The main thing is that it is there. As an alternative, the hotel has 2 swimming pools. And we liked the smaller one. There were almost no people there, very cozy and beautiful, next to the fitness and spa. We really liked everything, had a great time.

Super nice resort with a private beach and a free shuttle bus to Hoi An. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the grounds were very well maintained, and the view from the Riverside room was wonderful. We were there for 5 days and would have loved to stay longer. The beach was very clean and not at all crowded. The water was perfect for swimming. The ladies at reception were very friendly, polite and helpful. We would choose Hoi An Beach Resort again and again to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
