The room size is just nice for 3 pax, but if open all luggages, will have minimal walking space to toilet. Location is near to train station and market. There is parking available beside the hotel though need to pay 700 yen per day. The room that we got however comes with some issues: 1) there is no heater within the room and the air conditioner can't be set to a temperature that is suitable for us. It only has low, medium, high settings for air conditioner and it is cold air. 2) the toilet drainage has issue too, after showering, the water flooded the whole floor outside the bath tub.
The good thing is after reporting the flooding issue, the receptionist send a service man to repair the chokage immediately. The next day the reception also pass us a portable heater to keep ourselves warm.

Flexstay Inn Hakodate is a great budget option right across from Hakodate Station. Rooms are small but clean, with all the basic amenities. It’s not fancy, but the location and value for money make it a solid pick for a short stay.

The hotel's location is right across JR Hakodate Station near Morning Market and 10 min walking distance to the Bay Area. Walking along the harbor was beautiful everyday whether in rain or sunshine. The hotel is quite old and my room was very small so I didn't have enough space to unpack or put souvenirs I collected during my trip but other than that the front desk staffs were all very professional, helpful, and kind :) I will definitely visit again. Thank you!

The hotel is located on the shopping street. It's a new building with modern materials. The staff are friendly. Each room includes a water bottle that can be refilled at a station near the elevator on each floor.

The hotel is right in front of JR Hakodate station, there is old building and new building, my room located at old building and everything has been in goon condition, very nearby to all vicinity around

The hotel is directly opposite the exit of JR Hakodate Station and just across the bus stop area.
Basically, all Hakodate attractions can be reached by bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the cross street. If you are too lazy to wait for the streetcar after eating clown burgers for dinner, you can take a slow walk back.
The room is clean. You need to swipe your room card at the hotel entrance after 11 pm to enter. There is a ramen shop downstairs (within 10 steps from the hotel entrance) and Nemuro Hanamaru (30 steps from the hotel entrance). It is recommended to eat during off-peak hours.

We really enjoed staying here. Location was just a walking distance from JR Hakodate Station. The amenities and breakfast was good.

The hotel location was perfect.
Just in front of Hakodate station. You can walk to hotel just around 200mtrs.
And since it is near station it also near the famous morning fish market too. So,it easy for you to explore.
Staff was supportive.
You can rent some stuff such as Humidifier,Dryer at front desk too.
