"Pics, pics, pics! (I've included photos) The food was quite fresh, and the hot spring environment was decent enough. However, the room window didn't block out the light. It felt like the hotel might be discriminating against Chinese people. The convenience store-like shop on the ground floor accepted Alipay in the afternoon, but when I went to buy drinks in the evening, I was told Alipay wasn't accepted. Most importantly, I felt ripped off. This is the first time I've encountered this in Japan – it wouldn't surprise me in Thailand or Malaysia. I had prepaid 41,500 JPY, which was supposed to cover everything except the accommodation tax. The accommodation tax was only 800 JPY, which I expected to pay separately upon arrival. However, the vendor charged me 45,500 JPY. No matter how I tried to communicate, it was useless; they told me to contact the booking platform. Finally, at check-out, they charged me another 2,150 JPY. I can only say that Ctrip was somewhat reliable as they refunded me 230 RMB."

Right next door is a large drugstore with a wide variety of products, making shopping incredibly convenient. Room: The triple room wasn't small, with a good distance between the beds and even a small dining table. The night view from the window was also beautiful. The 13th floor offers a great view, along with a complimentary bar where you can enjoy snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages – a very thoughtful touch.
