Four Points Flex by Sheraton Hakodate Station
"This is a highly recommended hotel in Hakodate. Location is just besides Hakodate station where you can ride immediately trains. Surrounded with restaurants, and convenience store. The rooms were so clean and the bed smells good. They have comolimentart coffee upon arrival and all amenities were provided. So bad that I wasnt able to take photos. I highly recommend this hotel."
Smile Hotel Premium Hakodate Goryokaku
"Actually the hotel is in the middle of the tourist attraction. Just do not expect there is more on the amenities because everything is chargeable. The staff is friendly and trying to communicate with the tourist in their best way."
Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts
"I stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate."
LC Goryokaku Hotel
"the hotel in general was nice and clean, but the room was too dark for me. also it was not really comfortable to go to the main building to have a breakfast or to the sauna"
HOTEL GLOBAL VIEW HAKODATE
"Agree with all the reviews about the breakfast. It was top notch! Would return to this hotel just for the breakfast!!. Onsen also very good, and staff were helpful. Breakfast area was quite busy and the staff were under pressure but very courteous. We travelled during sakura season and room price was still very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel."
Jr Inn Hakodate

"The price was affordable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean – no complaints there. Although there was a coin-operated hairdryer in the public bath, it was convenient to have free hairdryers and two sinks available in the women's capsule room."
Yunokawa Onsen Emi Hakodateya
Savour delicious local flavours and seasonal seafood prepared with care, offering a warm and satisfying dining experience that truly brings a smile to your face.
Yunokawa Kanko Hotel Shoen
"This service is a great deal for this price. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."
Villa Concordia Resort & Spa
"This was my third time in Hakodate, and this time, instead of staying at a hotel near the station, I took the streetcar to Jujigai Street and stayed here. While there's no public bath, I chose this hotel because the room was spacious and comfortable, and I wanted to visit the nearby Gotoken. The unexpected bonus was that the weather was nice and warm, allowing me to use the terrace. I enjoyed champagne and welcome sweets while admiring the mountain view. The breakfast was also delicious and relaxing. The overall feel of this sophisticated inn is limited, making it ideal for those seeking a quiet stay. Gotoken, my destination, was only a few minutes' walk away, and Mount Hakodate was easily accessible, allowing me to explore the beautiful churches on foot. It was extremely convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always welcoming me with a smile."
Hakodate Hotel Ekimae
"The room was spacious, as is typical of hotels in Hokkaido, even for a single room, but the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the elevator and even the changing room of the public bath, which was awful. I checked out early the next morning and left my luggage, but after a while I realized I had forgotten a bottle of drink in the refrigerator. I called the front desk and they promised to give it to me when I came to pick up my luggage, but they never did. I didn't say anything because I was running out of time for my airport bus and would have missed it if they had checked on me, but even though the price was cheap, the smell of cigarette smoke made it feel expensive. I don't think I'll ever stay there again, but smokers probably won't mind."
Hotel Enoe Hakodate
"Good location, just three mins away from tram station. It’s also easy to get up to the mountain with cable car if you don’t have a car rental. The brick market is also near, walking distance between hotel."
fav HAKODATE
"Check in process was smooth and efficient. Liked that we can use QE code to open the door. The room was good. Liked the small pantry concept with a microwave oven also provided. Pillow was a bit hard. Bed was ok. What was missing is at least a chair to sit on."
La Vista Hakodate Bay Annex
"Great Onsen, great breakfast!"
HOTEL MYSTAYS Hakodate Goryokaku
"Great location and awesome pillow, wifey love it and this was the best pillow in entire trip."
Hakodate Hotel Banso
"Good hotel with many many ships nearby. But the hotel is too dark for family stay."
Yunokawa Prince Hotel Nagisatei
Located right on the edge of the ocean, this resort offers a refreshing coastal breeze and easy access to the sandy beach for a relaxing evening stroll.
Hakodate Uminokaze
"It's very close to the airport and the staff can help arrange taxis. The only pity is that the buffet dinner was changed to a set menu."
Yunohama Hotel
"The service staff is very friendly, breakfast is also very rich and delicious The sea view outside the room window is relaxing"
Seaside Hotel Kamome
"The hotel is not in the city center, but it is very easy to get to the hotel by bus. The room is relatively small and the windows and doors cannot be opened. Since it is centrally air-conditioned, the heating is very warm (hot). If you are not used to the heating opening, it will be a bit The baby is hot and toasty, but if you turn off the air conditioner, there will be no air circulation. So after I communicated with the staff, he gave me a fan. The service was very attentive and the price of the hotel was very affordable. I will definitely stay again. The staff’s sincere and thoughtful service is highly recommended!"
Sinori205
"The view is very nice and good. But the disadvantage is that it is very difficult to enter the house. Register a lot more than to open each door. But the view and room are very good, impressive."
