Overall, the stay experience is positive; the following can be improved- 1) a full length mirror in the living room is ideal for big group; 2) more cutlery to be provided especially if guests wishes to cook; 3) a land line in the room to speak to support staff is highly recommended;

This was a very clean and nice unit. It's right on the ocean, and within short driving distance of most destinations in Hakodate. We spent 2 nights here but would've loved to stay longer. The house is very clean, well-decorated, and the internet is very very quick. It was my favourite place to stay during our roadtrip throughout Hokkaido. One small annoyance is there is some construction on the lot nearby, but that noise only occurs during work hours.

It is a little far from Hakodate city, but very close to the airport. The facilities may be a little lacking compared to the surrounding ryokans, but the breakfast and dinner more than make up for it. The staff are friendly, and there is a female staff member who speaks Korean well, so there is no inconvenience at all.

RRaymond_TangThis is a Japanese love hotel, for adults only. Location is remote, but not difficult to find. There is a dedicated parking for each room, very high privacy. Room rate was very low, and breakfast was included, surprise! May be a bit inconvient if you cannot speak any Japanese in case you need help.

The staff is nice and friendly, helpful. Appreciated. washer and dryer available. That said. cons : wifi is really weak luggage storage mentioned on listing but only allowed 12 noon. with at least 10 mins walk to station and storage lockers, i believe it should be revised on stated on booking

It's great. Family travel accommodation for 2 nights, breakfast and dinner are provided free of charge. The service is warm and thoughtful, the Japanese house is clean and tidy, and the clerk helped me order it on the last morning. It's great.

Very close to the station. The room has few electrical outlets. Overall it is considered very clean.

The location is very good. Hotel is a bit old but clean. No food service, which is a bit disappoint. In general is Ok.

Great hotel for the price! The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Big plus — there’s parking available, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. A comfortable place to stay without spending too much.
