Habiendo reservado con 6 meses de anticipación, sobrevendieron nuestra habitación y en ningún momento fuimos notificados hasta llegar al alojamiento. Nos dieron una habitación de menor categoría y no nos reembolsaron la diferencia, así mismo nunca se pusieron en contacto ni respondieron nuestros mensajes de reclamo. Otra cosa que notamos es que no había presión de agua ni agua caliente. Lo poco que salía de agua tenía un olor desagradable. Si no quieren tener problemas en su viaje no reserven este alojamiento

Le double vitrage du balcon terrasse de la suite qui donne sur la très bruyante rue ferme avec un crochet manuelle....par conséquence toute la rue est dans la chambre. De plus... le bruit du moteur de la climatisation donne directement dans la salle de bain et par conséquence très important bruit moteur dans la chambre....horrible
