"A beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle downtown. The staff are excellent, caring about their guests from check in to leaving. Complimentary breakfasts are not to be missed( especially the pancakes). Never too busy,2 pools to enjoy at your leisure. Enjoyed our stay (2 weeks) and can’t wait to return!!"

"Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Really cute island with white sand. We were unfortunate enough to visit on some of the few days when the island had bad weather but saw enough to see how idyllic it would have been in calm weather. The food in the restaurant was lovely and we hired a buggy to drive over to west side of the island to watch the sunset which was fun. We will go back and hopefully experience the island in good weather."

"Apart-hotel very well located near the beach. A little dated, deserves renovation. But the bad experience is that cash was stolen from us there. The safe is keyed and not coded. Despite the intervention of the police and the statements made, we were, of course, unable to prove anything. We therefore remain with a bad impression of dishonesty from the staff."

"Our stay in Villas Caracol was truely special, the attention to detail is incredible and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The rooms are beautiful, the food and drinks in the restaurant is excellent. It is on the nicest part of the beach, a little bit away from the main town. There were so many nice touches like the complimentary sunset drinks every night, and breakfast (excellent) overlooking the white sand beach. Our balcony overlooked the garden with tropical birds and iguanas. We were so sad leaving , and would 100000% come back!"
