Great
GGuest UserAbsolutely outstanding stay at para ti. Staff were super welcoming and accommodating, incredible breakfast with many options, gorgeous pools, plenty of chill out areas, and our room was absolutely beautiful.
GGuest UserIt was new and very beautiful.
The staff were very kind and nice hotel.
The breakfast was delicious.
It was a pity that the hot water in the shower only came out, but it's a small island, so I think it can't be helped there. Because the temperature is not low, it is not cold even in the water and it is bathed .....
Overall very satisfied!
AAnonymous UserRoom was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise.
Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash.
Staff was nice and helpful.
DDamiani SilviaI liked the hotel very much because it is all wooden in Mexican style and with a very special and well-treated furniture. Unfortunately, however, even because of the sand streets, common areas are very dust, poorly clean and the pool full of leaves and insects. We have not been very satisfied with breakfast that is not a buffet, but you have to order in the menu where only 3 egg dishes and 1 fourth dishes with 2 pieces of bread and a marble pack. They bring you fruit and juice in a glass. If you still have hunger or thirst you can't do the bis and especially there's no variety that you expect in a breakfast in the hotel. The hotel has made us pay taxes that were not foreseen in the booking, as if taxes were raised here in Mexico without planning and increased daily.
Passez votre chemin.
GGuest UserLocation, Good compromise if you want to split time between their beach club and going downtown for dinner, drinks, party.
The downside is that you can hear the music from a club nearby till midnight, it isn't loud at least in my room, but some may have problem sleeping.
If you want a quiet place you should look further from dt.
Service, it's pretty good, staff is friendly and happy to help.
Beach club, nice but small beach, lots of shade, staff can get overwhelmed with the orders, resulting on a bit of chaos. (Beach bar was closed due to a recent storm, so things may be different when open). You can have some of your own drinks and food.
Rooms (at leas mine) rustic construction, be ready to hear some outside noise and other rooms noise. They are kept clean, no insects, well maintained. Bed was firm. Shower was acceptable (variable pressure, takes to figure out how to get the right water temp.). Towels, you'll have to ask to be swapped (you're on a small island and h2o is limited).
How fast is service in Holbox? well not fast, you're in an island in the Caribbean so if you expect fast service it'll be hard to find here.
GGuest UserWell located to make the night sound well for the four-cycles passing by the street next door.
Except noise is a good opao in the central region! If you reserve it, light ear plug to threaten noise in sleeping time
