Beach Hotels in Holbox

Beautiful hotel with great, quiet location on the beautiful beach section. Staff are very friendly and effortless. Breakfast was delicious, good choice and sufficient portion. Only price-performance ratio is a little unbalanced, but we have had the impression of the whole island. However, a great place to relax. Loved the free yoga class in the morning. Very lovely.

The location is very good, very close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Vegetarian-friendly breakfast. Only problem. The mosquito net did not cover the entire bed and the Holbox was full of mosquitoes.

Location, Good compromise if you want to split time between their beach club and going downtown for dinner, drinks, party. The downside is that you can hear the music from a club nearby till midnight, it isn't loud at least in my room, but some may have problem sleeping. If you want a quiet place you should look further from dt. Service, it's pretty good, staff is friendly and happy to help. Beach club, nice but small beach, lots of shade, staff can get overwhelmed with the orders, resulting on a bit of chaos. (Beach bar was closed due to a recent storm, so things may be different when open). You can have some of your own drinks and food. Rooms (at leas mine) rustic construction, be ready to hear some outside noise and other rooms noise. They are kept clean, no insects, well maintained. Bed was firm. Shower was acceptable (variable pressure, takes to figure out how to get the right water temp.). Towels, you'll have to ask to be swapped (you're on a small island and h2o is limited). How fast is service in Holbox? well not fast, you're in an island in the Caribbean so if you expect fast service it'll be hard to find here.

Clean and moden room. AC is cooling the room well. It is indeed located on some main road, with some loud exhausts from time to time and with a club right over the Street. If you don't plan to sleep before 11 PM you should be fine.

The beds were super comfortable! Like, man, if you are looking for a place to crash after a day exloring the island, that's a great spot. Close to the center, surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Buuut there wasn't hot water at the hotel, and construction all around.
