The staff, Juanjuan and Xioaxia, were always so friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this little escape.
