The service lady was kind and nice. After learning that we wanted to upgrade, she enthusiastically showed us the room type and changed to a desirable loft room; 2. The loft room has a large space, large windows, and is very comfortable; 3. The bath water is large, and it is equipped with wooden sandalwood toiletries, which eliminates all the fatigue of the journey; 4. It is so convenient to stay in a hotel in the scenic area. A small door leads to the Imperial Kiln Museum and Taoyangli Scenic Area, and you can take beautiful photos whenever you want. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay👍"

"We choose this hotel because of proximity to the Museum of Ceramics. Hotel is located within 15-20 minute taxi drive both from the airport and the Railway station. Since taxis are omnipresent and cheap all Sightseeing spots are reachable without any problem. The hotel is new and spread over a large area with st least 7 separate buildings. This isnot convenient in case ones room is far from the restaurant. But there is a good shuttle service. The hotel definitely doesn't belong to the five star category. The restaurant is already closed at 8 pm. The breakfast buffet is also far from the five star category, provide mostly Chinese meals with a limited choice of European meals ( for instance no cheese at all). Coffee machine is available. The staff friendly. The porcelain shop is good. We bought there several things for quite reasonable prices. There is no beer or wine bar - that's a pity as the hotel is not within a populated urban area. Our special thanks go to the young employee Vern. He was very polite and helpful, making suggestions on places worth visiting and even organizing a car with driver to visit the ancient Yaoli town (this service does not belong to the ”hotel package”, and yet Vern tried to do his best to help us. Overall summary: reasonable 3.5-4 Star Hotel ."

"The 3-day, 2-night hotel package purchased from Ctrip includes breakfast for two days, a buffet dinner for one night, a mini bar, and drinks in the hotel lounge once. It is about 15 minutes away from the North High-speed Railway Station. The location is very advantageous. The design of the hotel lobby is in line with the local ceramic culture of Jingdezhen. The colors of the hotel walls (red bricks🧱) and the floor (cyan) both contain ceramic elements. The welcome drink is the local Fuliang black tea. Thumbs up. The room is large and the bathroom is reasonably designed. Smart toilet. Double sinks, which can be used by two people at the same time. Prepare a small makeup mirror and a large full-length mirror for makeup. The quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner is very high. In addition to the seafood, sashimi, and small hot pot of the general buffet, local special snacks are also added. "This place was truly a complete escape away from life, and it was so difficult to leave. The location was incredible, but more than that, the service provided was unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff, Juanjuan and Xioaxia, were always so friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this little escape."

Forget it, just smell the smoke and sleep. The next day, the official reply was: the room rate was refunded 80 and a box of tea sets was sent. Since we were going to stay for another night, we changed to a fourth room. Very strange experience, I don't want 80 yuan and tea set, but there is no other choice, we don't know what to ask for."
