I have been to many countries. Lantingxu is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every staff member is very warm and thoughtful. Attentive and polite, freshly ground coffee is always available at the front desk. Fruit pastry platters are delivered to the room every day. You can ask the front desk for bottled water any time. This can't be done in any other country. The breakfast is nutritious and has carbohydrate fiber. The pickled side dishes made by the chef sister are not repeated every day. It is very delicious. I heard that we like millet porridge and tea eggs, so I will add them immediately.
The hotel is in a great location, just in the ancient city, very convenient to visit the snack street and the north and south city buildings. The hotel design is very Chinese, elegant and quiet. The room is equipped with smart facilities, floor heating and air conditioning, and a private hot spring pool. It is very pleasant to eat a fruit platter. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to experience Hanfu.
Another happy discovery is that there is a vinegar shop next to the hotel. Every day, I smell the vinegar fragrance. I specially visited twice to understand the history and process of vinegar making, and I have gained knowledge.

I have been to the ancient city many times and have lived in many homestays. Zhixuanguan Hot Spring Homestay is really in my heart. The room is clean and tidy. The lighting is bright. The location is very lively in the center of the South Street. It is convenient to eat, drink and play. The reception service is also very good. Facilities: OK, inside Xinzhou Ancient City
Hygiene: I arrived at 10pm and it was clean and hygienic. The double bed room we booked is very spacious.
Environment: The courtyard is not very big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs.
Service: I arrived late, and the lady at the front desk told me the route, because the self-driving parking lot is very close to this B&B.
Disadvantages: The bedside socket will be disconnected for no reason, which makes people like us who have to leave early the next morning very depressed. Let me first state that it is not my plug-in problem. Why did my friend stay there and not charge it when he got up in the morning? angry.
The curtains in the rooms on the first floor cannot be fully closed, which is not very friendly to people like me who have only a small amount of light.

The charm of Western culture is added to the traditional Chinese culture. It has both the ancient charm and modern efficiency. It is a beautiful little courtyard. The location of the B&B is easy to find. Park in the ground parking lot on Bar Street. It is only a hundred meters walk to the courtyard. Various delicious foods are nearby. The mattress is a little firmer than I like, and quite comfortable. The boss also gave me a fruit plate. It was great value. I will definitely come back next time.

I didn't look at the sofa bed downstairs carefully before. One is that the sofa bed is definitely uncomfortable. The location of the sofa bed is between the door and the bathroom. The room in the homestay is very clean and spacious. The location is in the center of the snack street. It is close to the food. You can eat and drink and walk around when you step out of the door. It is especially convenient. The reception girl at the front desk is very intimate to help carry the luggage, introduce the room use in detail, and also send small snacks. AAnonymous UserYou cannot use simple ”satisfaction” or ”dissatisfaction” to evaluate such a thoughtful B&B. Nanman Nanman is a small but beautiful, quiet and gentle hotel.
We are always attentive and considerate of our guests. You will be pleasantly surprised that when you wake up early in the depths of this mountain, you will have a cup of coffee that is no less than a professional coffee shop in the city. The breakfast is simple and exquisite, and you can eat local specialties.
Every decoration and detail in the hotel, from the furnishings to the hand sanitizer in the guest rooms, all demonstrate the manager's excellent taste and pursuit of quality.
Stayed for 2 consecutive days and had three meals a day. The dishes at each meal amazed my friends in the same group. They were simple, local, exquisite and delicious!
The service staff are professional and attentive. They can talk about the culture and history here, but also keep a just right distance from you, making you comfortable and stress-free.

GGuest UserThe first time I went to Wutai Mountain, I chose a homestay and finally got a clean one. One is that I fancy the decoration style and the other is the price. I am very fortunate to have met a particularly good boss. I get up late in the morning or go back at night. I can’t wait for the car. I want the boss to pick up and drop off when I have time. On the last day, when we took a taxi to Taiyuan, the driver of the ride praised that this was the second good boss he had seen who could send guests to the entrance of the scenic spot. 👍 Breakfast was also praised. Although it was simple but delicious, it was at least several times stronger than the two or three hundred vegetarian food we ate in the scenic spot. Several times, I was very satisfied with staying for three days.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Mount Wutai to worship Buddha. It happened to be during the Chinese New Year and there were quite a few people there.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and most importantly, it is easy to park. The sister at the front desk was very considerate and explained to us the precautions for worshiping Buddha.
The room is very stylishly decorated, with an elegant environment and exquisite decoration! The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was super comfortable.
The room attendant was warm and generous, and greeted us proactively, fearing that he would neglect us.
In short, it is an ideal place to stay for travel 👍🏻

The location of the B&B was very quiet and at the foot of the mountain (I personally feel that the mountain is not as good as the foot of the mountain. It is close to the bus and I can get a seat on the bus...) I arrived at 12 o'clock that day and entered. The owner of the scenic spot came to pick me up. Anyway, he picked me up 4 or 5 times. He was very enthusiastic. It is basically unrealistic to book a car to enter the scenic area. You can't get one at all, so you park at the entrance of the scenic area. The parking lot is very large. It’s good to take the free bus, it’s convenient without traffic jams, and parking fees are waived. I really recommend this B&B. When you wake up in the middle of the night, you can still see the stars in the sky, which is a surprise.

GGuest UserThank you to the young owners and their parents for their hospitality during our short stay - for transporting my parents and I to and from restaurants for our meals and dropping us off at the main tourist attraction. Also special thanks to the 阿姨 for the delicious breakfast, her homemade mantou and pickles. Mrs Han was so generous in also helping us heat up leftovers takeaway from lunch for our dinner. The beds were comfortable. Initially the room was too warm but the young Mr Han helped to sort out the floor heating and heater so that the room was more comfortable. The recommended driver, Mr An, was very good, who brought us safely to Pingan.

GGuest UserThe house we stayed in was right at the entrance. The gate to the yard was locked at night. There were surveillance cameras in the yard, so it was super safe. There were two large beds, which were very comfortable. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. It was very cold when we went out during the day, so we had to wear more clothes. It was very comfortable to take a hot shower when we came back at night. The store owner was afraid that the house would be cold, so he prepared an electric heater. In fact, the house was very hot, so he opened the gate for a while at night to cool it down. The boss was also very nice. We climbed to the top of Dailuoding at 12 o'clock that day, and it was time to check out. We contacted the boss, and he was very nice. He told us not to worry. The Inn has a really sacred feeling, situated next to the Lush hills where the Bodhisattva of Wisdom impregnates his being to the core, in calm and quiet and in a traditional Chinese setting, the managers of this inn were always there to help and watch out for all sorts of needs for the pilgrim. Indeed, the spacious room, the beautiful view, to contemplate life while sipping some very good tea, to have been provided with the ample supply of drinking water, to have all the utilities one may need in the room or the washroom, to have amazingly ergonomic storage spaces, to have the possibility of having an early morning breakfast, the Inn has been excellent in providing a homely feeling to the guests, and for that I am deeply thankful.

Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.
