Very nice and helpful hosts, quiet place in a small town with nice locals, beach view 😍, restaurants and small shops in walking distance, delicious food and beer for a small extra fee 😊

Honestly, we absolutely loved it! We were on the island for 6 days, 3 days at another hotel and 3 days here. If we had known how much we'd enjoy it, we would have come straight here. Everything around is clean, freshly painted, and the grounds are lush – it’s just a really pleasant sight. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and were very happy with it. The villa itself is authentic; you feel like you're walking through a museum, admiring everything. The staff (girls) were friendly. On our first day, it felt like we were the only ones there. Later, more guests arrived, but we only really saw them at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you can definitely fill up, and the setting is so grand, you feel like royalty! There’s a clean pool with sun loungers, and we even took a dip a couple of times. If we ever go back to Boracay, we would 100% return here.

Khan064I chose this hotel hoping for a quiet night's sleep, but I barely slept at all. Roosters were crowing all night long from somewhere unclear. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. Another downside is the uphill walk to the hotel, which would be difficult for older guests.
Overall, it's not bad. There's a shared kitchen and a water cooler. Plus, if you're lucky, you might be greeted by a playful dog at reception.
However, I wouldn't return. In this price range, you can find many rooms with better living conditions.

We loved everything about the place. It's located at the 3rd station, and it's quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Perfect for a family vacation! The room is small, with a private bathroom, TV, and two beds, perfect for three people. 👍
The hosts are very nice and ready to help 24/7, so we're very grateful for that! We used the kitchen and cutlery, and they didn't mind cooking! The sea is literally a minute's walk away! We were completely satisfied! I highly recommend it!

VadimVery nice place! Large and clean rooms, very friendly staff, 5 minutes to the beach, near 7/11, and a lot of inexpensive delicious places. It is located at 3 stations. We really liked it there, recommend it!

The staff is amazing 😍, you guys are the best. We'll definitely be back.
Housekeeping is upon request, but very thorough.
The room has a decent kitchen; we bought some extra things we needed and had a great time.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful, like living with family.
It's obvious they're taking care of the hotel; they're constantly doing something.
Nice rooftop pool.
The beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, so it wasn't a hassle at all. We walked, even though the hotel offers a shuttle.
We were absolutely delighted.
The only downsides are termites and very poor WiFi. But that's just the nature of Boracay.
