Very nice and helpful hosts, quiet place in a small town with nice locals, beach view 😍, restaurants and small shops in walking distance, delicious food and beer for a small extra fee 😊

Honestly, we absolutely loved it! We were on the island for 6 days, 3 days at another hotel and 3 days here. If we had known how much we'd enjoy it, we would have come straight here. Everything around is clean, freshly painted, and the grounds are lush – it’s just a really pleasant sight. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and were very happy with it. The villa itself is authentic; you feel like you're walking through a museum, admiring everything. The staff (girls) were friendly. On our first day, it felt like we were the only ones there. Later, more guests arrived, but we only really saw them at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you can definitely fill up, and the setting is so grand, you feel like royalty! There’s a clean pool with sun loungers, and we even took a dip a couple of times. If we ever go back to Boracay, we would 100% return here.

Breakfast tastes good, there are bread + double eggs + butter + fruit, but also beef / sausage / ... + rice + fruit, drinks with tea / coffee / cocoa, beef and rice is delicious, bread is also delicious, breakfast You can choose the time and send it to you at regular intervals. 2. Walk to the beach for about five minutes. On a small slope, rest is very quiet. After going downhill, cross a road, opposite the beach, especially near the beach, and go for a walk at the beach in the evening. Less than ten minutes walk to Dmall, very close, there are 7-11 on the street. 3. This time, the twin room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The outside is a swimming pool. The room is also very large. There is a refrigerator and hot water. There is a wifi. The hair dryer needs to be borrowed from the owner. 4. Suitable for children, there is a yard, there is a swimming pool, and the room is clean and there are few mosquitoes. 5. Although the twin bed is fixed, each bed is a double bed, large, and the living is very quiet. There is a table in the yard, a swimming pool, you can chat with friends, the price is very high, you can still see it in the room at night. Sunset glow outside the window.

Quiet and peaceful. Everything in this place is just perfect. The cottage, the food, the staff, the view, the feels.

I chose this hotel hoping for a quiet night's sleep, but I barely slept at all. Roosters were crowing all night long from somewhere unclear. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. Another downside is the uphill walk to the hotel, which would be difficult for older guests. Overall, it's not bad. There's a shared kitchen and a water cooler. Plus, if you're lucky, you might be greeted by a playful dog at reception. However, I wouldn't return. In this price range, you can find many rooms with better living conditions.

We loved everything about the place. It's located at the 3rd station, and it's quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Perfect for a family vacation! The room is small, with a private bathroom, TV, and two beds, perfect for three people. 👍 The hosts are very nice and ready to help 24/7, so we're very grateful for that! We used the kitchen and cutlery, and they didn't mind cooking! The sea is literally a minute's walk away! We were completely satisfied! I highly recommend it!

Very nice place! Large and clean rooms, very friendly staff, 5 minutes to the beach, near 7/11, and a lot of inexpensive delicious places. It is located at 3 stations. We really liked it there, recommend it!

The location is very good, there are many restaurants nearby, it is very convenient to go to the beach, but the sanitary conditions are not very good, it is quite satisfactory.

The staff is amazing 😍, you guys are the best. We'll definitely be back. Housekeeping is upon request, but very thorough. The room has a decent kitchen; we bought some extra things we needed and had a great time. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, like living with family. It's obvious they're taking care of the hotel; they're constantly doing something. Nice rooftop pool. The beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, so it wasn't a hassle at all. We walked, even though the hotel offers a shuttle. We were absolutely delighted. The only downsides are termites and very poor WiFi. But that's just the nature of Boracay.
